Great service from start to finish. Basharat gave me a courtesy call after the survey to provide a quick rundown so I was immediately informed about what to expect in the report. The report itself went into great detail-we got the Level 3-and provided recommendations where necessary. Basharat was also more than happy to chat with me about a couple of queries and explained these in further detail. Overall we’re very happy with our experience and would recommend BRICS.

Great service. From start to finish, the communication has been superb. Once I’d received the report, I was advised to read, understand and to ensure I question anything I’m not sure on by the surveyor. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a home buyers report or a survey on a property.

I received a call from the Principal Surveyor after his visit and he talked me through his observations.
