I was really struggling to find Insurance for my VW T5.1 Converted camper. I was being offered ridiculous prices by other companies, some up to £3,000 for the year. Luckily I found a recommendation for Brentacre on a VW Transporter forum. They're team have been amazing and provided me with an incredible policy that's worked out cheaper than my previous car! They where incredibly flexible and understanding when the initial sale of my previous vehicle fell through for and I couldn't provide my no claims immediately.
If you have a Custom or classic Car/Van etc I would 100% recommend Brentacre!

Great company for American car insurance. Can’t be beat. Used them before for classic American insurance and now for a more newer type vehicle. Easy to apply over the phone and online and great local staff based in the UK which makes a change these days. You can literally have a proper conversation without phoning call centre in Delhi

Hands down the best car insurance experience I’ve ever had. Ben helped me to find the best product for my needs and explained everything perfectly for my modified Toyota supra. It’s very hard to find an insurance broker who understands these types of cars - so it was a breath of fresh air.

First time, owning a VW van was given Brentacre insurance to contact, having searched other insurances, I was suprised on how much cheaper they were and how well the delt with my enquiry. Brentacre Insurance was recommended to us by a friend at work who was converting his van. It was an excellent recommendation & I would also now recommend them to anyone who is doing a van conversion.
They were super helpful, talked me through everything I needed to know, sent me a couple of emails explaining how to get a DVLA license check & ultimately came through with the lowest quote.
Excellent administration & great fully comprehensive insurance.

Quoted me approx 40% less than other brokers and insurance comparison sights with my complex driving licence situation.

I've just renewed my campervan insurance with Brentacre for something like the 14th year running. They're so much easier to deal with than any major insurer I've ever had to deal with for my regular car. Prices do seem to go up and down with the general market and they don't try to rip me off each year by wild changes in either the premium or the excesses. There's a lot to be said for the ability to get straight on the phone to somebody who's British, can communicate well, is well trained, knows the industry well, and understands what a campervan is and all its modifications (which you simply list once). With other insurances I have to shop around or haggle every single year, and fortunately I don't have to with Brentacre, which is very refreshing.

Best place for modified insurance, sooo easy to ask them for help or advice if need be.

Calls are always answered before 3 to 5 minutes of calling in my experience..
And I've insured with them for 5 years.

Great service with great prices if you have a van or a campervan. Sad to leave after 4 years with you. However, ive now got a car and found cheaper for thst. But, I will be back once I get another van.
