O Braun-Clocks - UK
Napisane przez firmę
Over the last six decades, design has become a core pillar of the Braun brand. The values of quality, functionality, clarity, longevity and timelessness have been integrated into an enduring design philosophy. Braun users identify with these values; for them, Braun watches, Braun clocks, and Braun calculators are long-term companions. In an age of prosperity and saturation, the benefit of fewer, better products has become self-evident.
As Braun sets out to create desirable, innovative products, their gaze looks forward into the future, whilst the design principles they use to achieve consistency, simplicity and clarity are firmly rooted in the brand’s unique design legacy.
Through the productions processes in the Prestige collection, where the BN0095 has been crafted from a single block of stainless steel, to the use of materials for the Full Ceramic Watch, innovation remains a central focus on the Braun brand.
There are few better examples of these enduring design principles than Braun timepieces. These watches, clocks, and calculators have been created as collections of engaging simplicity, where less becomes so much more.

The small hand on the clock is not in the right place but I have no idea how to adjust it. Instead of being at 12 noon it is showing like 11.40 with the minute hand at 12 noon

The clock is small enough to travel with, big enough to easily see the time and alarm. Easy to setup and use. The purchase process was simple and delivery was a couple of days. A nice all round travel alarm clock.

Prompt delivery and excellent product.
I have been looking for an alarm clock to replace my ancient and unreliable one for a long time, but it's not easy to find decent quality analogue clocks. This meets all my requirements and is a great colour too!

Do not buy : poor service, bad products
In December 2024, I bought a watch (BN0278 Braun men’s automatic watch – black dial and black rubber strap). It has never worked properly, and I am now having to send it back for a further service (it runs more than 20 minutes fast per 24 hours) for the third time. The customer service team sent me a return authorisation form that isn’t valid in France and they haven’t offered me any alternative solution. I’m already going to post about this on SignalConso and Dealabs, and then on social media if they don’t sort out the problem quickly!!! I urge you to do the same and, above all, not to buy from this website.

Many thanks for your feedback.
Upon reviewing our records, we can confirm that our Service Team has already arranged a pre-paid returns label for the watch to be sent back for inspection. However, due to your remote location, alternative collection options are unfortunately not available.
With regard to the repairs, please note that the last repair was carried out as a gesture of goodwill, as the issue was deemed to have been caused by accidental impact.
That said, I will liaise with our Service Team to check with our distribution partners to explore whether any alternative options may be available for returning the watch for inspection and correction.
Best Regards

Excellent customer service!
I reached out to customer support on the Braun website regarding a clock I ordered from Amazon that stopped working correctly. After a few friendly and hassle-free email exchanges with Bhavin I received a replacement within 5 days. My expectations were exceeded and I will use Braun exclusively moving forward.
