Helpful staff
They were very helpful on the phone when I wanted to find out some details about some earrings I wanted to buy, before I bought them online. And when they arrived, very soon after the order, they were exactly as I had hoped.

CHOPARD WATCH SERVICE WARNING
APPALLING SERVICE FROM AN EXPENSIVE BRAND
I took a very expensive Chopard LUC watch to Burrells Jewellers in Winchester (who I believe are owned by TH Baker). The former are the main agents for Chopard.
Some repairs were required together with a full service.
The watch was duly sent away to Chopard's watchmakers at a cost in excess of £1,100.
Upon it's return it had a black face, rather than the original blue face. It was in a filthy condition and unable to be correctly set for accurate time.
I have been back and forth in correspondence ever since (for most of 2025) and now Burrells Jewellers no longer reply to my emails. I have tried to keep the tone of these emails firm, but friendly.
Whilst acknowledging my concerns at no time have they offered a resolution, even compensation.
I write this review in case someone is considering using this Company for high end watch repairs or servicing.

Ordered a watch through Burrells…
Ordered a watch through Burrells website. The very next day I received a telephone call, just to check that it was I who had put the request. The watch arrived the next day through a secured signed for post.
The watch and the accessories arrived as posted on their website.
There was also an option for collecting the watch from two of the stores.

Gold hoop earrings
Ordered gold hoop earrings as a 50th birthday present, the product was perfect and delivered very quickly. Sister in law was delighted with her gift.
