Absolutely beautiful and well made products. Ordered a door number for myself and the larger numbers for my sister as she has her house number on the wall. We were both delighted with them.

The mailbox is beautiful. It's elegant and very well constructed. The mailbox was shipped quickly and arrived undamaged with all the pieces necessary to mount. Although a bit more expensive than what I would've paid for a domestic mailbox, the unique beauty of it makes it worth it. It's definitely a talking piece that will likely last a very long time.

It didn’t fit my door

I originally had an issue with delivery. It was allegedly posted to my old address and declined (I have checked with the occupants and this is not true)
During transit I changed the delivery address to my local post office.
I did not get a notification that the knocker was being returned and discovered it was being returned when I checked the tracking info.
Anyway, Brassbee sent me an email asking for a review. Hence 1 star.
I had, let’s call it a difference of opinion, regarding the review and delivery and agreed to edit it once I received the knocker which I now have. Thanks.
It appears well made, but on trying to fit it this morning notice that the bolt will not screw all the way in to the hinged section, so I need to either cut some off and rethread the bolt or put a washer on the bolt. Both of which I can do but others may not have the skills or equipment. It’s a standard width wooden door. Once on, it will look great.

Re Brass Bee coat hook, I’ve just tried to install the coat hook, but the way it’s designed with just one screw plus it’s a “hook on screw” system, it’s impossible to get a tight fixation, it swivels straight away and scratches the wall!
Yes it’s a nice hook but as said the screw system is useless, unfortunately I’ve just opened it today (12 Dec), so apparently I cannot return it for a refund as it’s now a few days over the 28 day return policy, so I’m stuck with it.
And thanks to this useless item I cannot trust Brass Bee anymore.
I do not and would not recommend.

Hello Brassbee, thank you for replying, yes I did tighten the screw to the max possible but just by removing the coat or jacket it always moves, if it had 2 screws side by side we wouldn’t be having this conversation!
Maybe in 6 years you’ve never had a comment re this issue on the other hand in 26 years in my profession I’ve never had this problem either.

It was great to find these tie-backs. For me, they are innovative and quirky. I chose the bees, and they look great. Such a nice change from the boring, plain and functional ones. These definitely do the job well, look great and are comment-worthy! I think they will last a very long time, are well made and solid. The packing was excellent, although I would prefer to see no plastic wrappings - tissue and paper would do the job especially in the nice box. Overall I am delighted.
