Ordered door handles online, following day called in to collect handles. Not put to one side as expected and had to wait for assistant to go and find them.
Assistant friendly and professional.

Absolutely poor website and app, VERY MISLEADING
Using the website at first to work out pricing then in end I installed the app and logged in found the timber I required and scrolled to where the options of the different lengths was and the quantity required is. To any normal person if u put 7 in as quantity under the selection of 4.8m that would be 7x4.8 meters oh no not Bradfords it's only 7meters so I cancelled the total order of over £200 and went to MKM got all the amount needed for under £150
