Ordering on line, straightforward. Delivery was as requested, quick and where I asked, not even time to make a brew!

I couldn't find the skirting board on the website. Phoned and was told it had changed code number so perhaps this needs looking at. Staff on the phone and in person very helpful.

Keenly priced battery tools
Looking for battery powered Dewalt tools and Bradfords are being very competitive on their pricing making them cheaper than Screwfix and Toolstation.
Can’t get better than that!
Very easy to order & pick up at my local branch.

Never disappointed
Always great service from my local Bradfords store [Crewkerne]. Rapid delivery, not asked for but very welcome with great communication on day of delivery. Driver could not have been more helpful as we tried [and failed] to get the items into the shed. Plan B was the hallway and he helped with that too. Never dissatisfied with this lot. Highly recommended.

Organised a delivery slot last Thursday…
Organised a delivery slot last Thursday for the next available day which was today , Tuesday, I requested it to be after 4pm as no one would be there to take delivery until then , I had taken time out to get back for the delivery slot allocated and waited around for an hour to be informed 15 minutes before the store closed that my delivery wasn't coming !! Dont really think this is professional of the conpany at all or even acceptable ! I understand things happen and deliveries get ouahed back but still .... i had 2 peiple waiting around wasting their time and my time for the fact of a simple call , also they didn't seem to give too hoots if I had it or not and could have had the decency to call alot earlier to inform me it wasn't coming . I even called yesterday twice to ensure this was going to happen!! Absolutely useless !!

The whole experience was seemless from website ordering to delivery. I was out when delivery came. The driver rang me. I asked him to leave in a certain place, which he seemed more than happy to do. When I arrived home the goods were left exactly as I'd asked. Excellent service. Will definitely use Bradfords again.

Should not have to lift the stone bags in to my car when the yard man just points and carries on talking to his mate. Not happy.

I got a text on the 16/02/22 saying my order was out for delivery for the 17/02/22 I took the day off work to make sure I was in for it arriving and was a no show. Then for me to ring up to see what was happening and I got told that the driver wasn’t collecting it till 22/02/22 and will be out for delivery on the 23/02/22 and no one even told me that this was the case. Very poor at the moment I have bought off (buildex) for about 2/3 years now and never had a problem with delivery till now.

Hi Matthew,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to your delivery not arriving when previously advised.
It appears this was caused by a system error and that there were delays due to the poor weather conditions we have experienced recently and having to use an external carrier.
I apologise greatly for this and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I trust that you have now received the goods and that you are happy with them.
Please contact me at ecommerce@bradfords.co.uk if you would like to discuss this further.
Kind Regards,
Charlotte
