First class (again!) Very prompt delivery and exceptionally polite and helpful driver, who helped unload the heavy gear and get it all under cover - service above and beyond!

Good Morning Neil
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to there not being enough stock to fulfil your order.
I apologise greatly for these issues and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
I will look into this further, and feed this back to the Branch concerned, to see what caused this to happen.
Kind Regards,
Sam
Impressive delivery.
Went out of their way to ensure the delivery was put up onto our patio. Access is very difficult and they could have opted for the easier option and left it on our car park area. Very impressed as I wasn’t in and they just did it. Has saved me a lot of time. Thank you.

What happened to communication
What happened to communication? You are supposed to notify me when the items are ready for collection. I made my order on Sunday17th at 16.36. I heard nothing from the branch at all on Monday and had to chase customer service at around 4pm. They responded promptly and then the branch phoned at around 4.30pm whereupon I visited the branch immediately. Good stock, good prices, nice staff but no communication!!
