I sent my Iphone 4S to Bozowi to recycle. The money was in my bank account the same day they received my phone. Instructions were very clear and hassle free. I would certainly recommend Bozowi and will be using their services again.

The courier picked up my phone, arrived at Bozowi in a couple of days, after they did their checks on the phone the payment (which was the best price I found) was sent. They kept me updated at every stage, would defiantly use them again.

I've used many phone / gadget recycling providers and Bozowi have been the best yet! My phone got picked up by UPS free of charge and the money was in my bank account the very next day.

The customer services team were answering my questions via email within the hour, Perfect!

I was really impressed with the speed & very friendly service I received from Bozowi and they offered the best price for my phone. I had to ring them a couple of times just to clarify the way they worked & was treated to the same friendliness & courtesy on both occasions. My phone was collected on the Wednesday & I had a cheque in the post 1st class Saturday. You can't beat that for service & I wouldn't hesitate to definitely recommend them & use their service again.

I've recycled phones before and this specific experience was by far the best. I recycled two phones and was given the most competitive price for BOTH and the service was excellent. The process was easy with clear instructions re collection (the process i opted for) collection was prompt, the email contact was informative, consistent but not overwhelming in terms of frequency.
The cash transfer was also prompt and easy, and the after-service re a follow up call was polite and human!
Will use them again.

Having used MANY mobile recycling companies, I can safely say that in future I will be exclusively using Bozowi; from DHL pick-up (free), to payment (swift, direct into my account on the day that they received my handsets, and about 20% more than the nearest competitor) they offered outstanding service, and were communicative throughout the whole process.

I located Bozowi on a search engine looking for phone recycling companies. I had a broken iPhone that was sat doing nothing in my draw and Bozowi offered me a good rate so I thought I would give it a go. I entered my details into the website and opted for the data wipe for a small fee. The courier arrived as expected the next day and collected my phone. I was emailed very quickly to say that my phone had been received and that once confirmed the money would be in my account. I had read a few reviews stating that the money would be slow to arrive but lo and behold within 2 days the money was in my bank account!! The whole transaction took a few days and was extremely easy to do. I highly recommend!! Thanks Bozowi.
