Quick payment & great service!
I've never really recycled any electronic gadgets prior to using Bozowi, but after the quick payment and great service they provided, I believe that if I need to recycle gadgets in the future, it'll be with these guys.
Item was delivered to them on the Friday and I was paid within 15 minutes of my item being tested on the Monday.
I would happily recommend to anyone that wants to get the best price for their unwanted gadgets, 10/10.

Prompt, efficient and good price!
I was a bit wary about using Bozowi, having stuck with Mazuma for some time. However, for my Galaxy note 10.1 Bozowi had a much higher price. Transaction was entirely painless and swift, and the money popped into my bank account after three days. Recommended.

Worst service ever rang up 1 weeks before i sent my fone in they told me i would get the full brand new price as it was sealed i told them it was locked to virgin and they said i would still get the full amount but that was not the cause when i sent it in awful service waste of money posting the fone now waiting on them to return it

I am sorry you are unhappy but as per our Testing Criteria http://bozowi.co.uk/testing-criteria we will make a revised offer if a handset is locked to a network.
All calls that come in to the building are logged automatically. When I spoke to you you could not say when you called or who you spoke to. I have gone through all the call logs for that week and your number does not appear on them so it is possible that you spoke to another recycler about this but I assure you it was not us.
Furthermore I am afraid this order was flagged by our Fraud Prevention software so it is unlikely we would have been able to proceed with the order in any case.
The handset has been returned to you free of charge by next working day post.

Absolute joke - do not use!!!
Offered a good price and sent pack to send - so I dropped my perfect condition iPhone off at one of their designated points - as instructed.
It's now been well over a month - no communication, no money and no replies to my e-mails.
Do not send this company anything of value!!

As I have explained the handset did not reach us. Regarding the email you sent, you kindly forwarded me a copy of it but unfortunately it had been sent to an incomplete email address so it was never received by us. Our email address is info@bozowi.co.uk and the email you forwarded to me was sent to nfo@bozowi.co.uk (the first letter was missed off).
You sent the phone to us via UPS with the tracking number ****44W99198888668 and took it to a local UPS Access Point on 22/09/14. According to UPS it got as far as their Tamworth depot on 24/09/14 but progressed no further.
We offer up to £600.00 insurance against loss in transit and UPS have carried out an internal investigation into this which is now completed.
I have tried to call you at least four times over the last 24 hours and have emailed you as well asking you to call me so we can resolve this but, as yet, you have not returned my calls or email. We have the payment ready to send once we have spoken to you to confirm one or two details so please call us.
We never ignore communication from our customers and you can see by other reviews that people have mentioned the speed and professionalism of our responses to queries they have had.
I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

Quick and painless
I sent Bozowi an old phone I had lying around. It didn't cost anything to send as they offer several postage options, two of which are free of charge, which essentially adds another fiver to the price of the phone! Great communication and A1 customer service from the team. I will use them again without hesitation and recommend to friends and family

Amazing Customer Service!
Fab service, never heard of company and found online so decided to give a go. Had a couple of questions and emailed off, great exchange with Brendan who was top class and sorted everything out. Posted ipad off free with printed labels, was kept informed throughout and after just a few days, received confirmation of full pay out. This was almost £20 more than any other company so I am delighted! Have a phone to recycle soon and Bozowi will be my first contact

I was a bit of using one of these sites, however I have been pleasantly surprised. Its unusual to get such good service these days. They paid exactly what they advertised and the money was in the bank within a few days. I also emailed a query and they replied straight away. I would definitely use this site again!.
