From the initial contact to the conclusion, it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Alison the Office Manager was professional and friendly, and didn’t mind helping with what I considered to be silly questions or requests. Kim Boylett was a breath of fresh air. A lawyer who wasn’t condescending, explained everything patiently and clearly in layman’s terms, and was very personable with it.
