We used Boyletts Law recently to write our wills and was blown away from start to finish, the whole process was easy and efficient and we were constantly updated by Kim and Allison of any amendments and found the process stress free. I would highly recommend this company.

I’m so thankful to Kim and her team for dealing with my matter in a timely and professional manner, during what was a very difficult time for me. I was given clear communication and reassurance with every step, which made a huge difference when I was feeling overwhelmed. Their compassion along with their expertise really stood out and I felt fully supported from start to finish. In my experience, the service provided was disappointing.

The experience with this solicitor was extremely poor. Communication was consistently slow or absent, and key matters were not handled in a timely or professional manner. The process was unnecessarily prolonged, creating avoidable stress and uncertainty.

Issues that should have been straightforward became complicated due to lack of responsiveness and attention. Repeated follow-ups were required to get even basic updates.

It is expected that a standard response may follow, offering to “look into the matter” or “resolve concerns.” Based on the experience, such responses feel procedural rather than genuine.

Reliability and clear communication are essential in this process. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here...

Kim Boylett and her team are a very professional organisation. I appointed them to help me with the probate of my mother's estate. My brother and I were named as executor's of the Will and we both live abroad, which added complication to what should have been a straight forward probate process. Kim supported us when we were encountering difficulties surrounding the sale of my mother's house and whilst the intervention Kim made was not part of the probate service she gladly supported us, being readily available either via email or phone for advice without reference to fees, I would recommend Kim and her team without hesitation.

Myself and husband would like to extend our gratitude to Kim and the team for the brilliant support she has shown us in acquiring Probate, and getting our family through it after the death of our daughter who left two young sons. It was a very difficult time to overcome the obstacles that was ahead of us trying various avenues, doors were closed it was stressful and frustrating. The efficiency of the staff and actioning requests was excellent. Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The fact that the company was local to me was a blessing with no postal service to rely on, I could pop over to pick up legal documentation. It was my first time of using, but would certainly use them again and recommend to others to do the same.
