BOXRAW Recenzje

Nearly 2 weeks since placing my order and still no update with regards to when it’ll be shipped out. Emails are being responded with by a robot. Poor customer service and no sense of wanting to resolve the issue. First (when it finally arrives) and last time buying from them

Love this brand. Great quality clothes for training and casual wear.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped despite the order email stating it would ship in 3-5 days. How is it OK for them to blatantly lie? When I followed up with them they said that they were having warehouse issues and it would ship "in a few days". No thanks I'll be doing a charge back

Les vêtements sont qualitatifs et la livraison rapide et simple !

Ordered the new Impello 2.0 on the 2nd of April it’s been a week and they have still not shipped and they are saying due to there warehouse getting refurbished orders are delayed (PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING I WISH I DID) (update took 2 and half week to come and they come wrong size)

I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer support I recently received from BOXRAW.

Unfortunately, my package arrived damaged due to an issue during transit, which resulted in minor damage to the items inside. However, the way BOXRAW handled this situation was truly exemplary. Their support team responded with remarkable speed and professionalism, offering a fair and generous resolution that exceeded my expectations.

It is rare to encounter a brand that takes such full responsibility and prioritizes customer satisfaction even after the sale is finalized. As a boxer who is just beginning my journey, I am now a loyal advocate of this brand, not only for the high quality of their gear but for their integrity as a company.

I highly recommend BOXRAW to anyone looking for both premium products and reliable service. Thank you again to the team for the seamless support.

I love the brand my kids love the brand very good quality

🏆 satisfied

BOXRAW makes amazing quality products for everyday wear, an athletes.

They are very good and polite people. I am extremely satisfied with their store and service—they are always willing to find a compromise whenever a customer isn't happy with something. I highly recommend the Boxraw store to everyone! 💪

I wear a US 11.5 and I ordered a size 12 and they fit great! I probably could have gotten away with an 11 but 12 gives me a little more room to wear thicker socks.

Highlight for me is the insole of the shoe with the built in acupuncture points. Every step you take the insole massages your foot the relieves tension.

I can proudly say that BOXRAW is my favorite brand for boxing gear and outfits. Their products are stylish and functional, making them great not only for boxing but also for other types of workouts, thanks to their high quality. Their customer service is also superb—they’re communicative and always helpful in making sure I get the support I need.

Very fast Response and good help for my return Problem. Thank you!

Great customer service, I needed support with a return after ordering the wrong size, all sorted, new item ordered.

Friendly, helpful customer service. Cant fault them. I've ordered several times now and always smooth.

Been boxing for a few years now and boxraw is my go-to for training gear. Not only do they make amazing gear for training, but they've now become part of my daily wear. The hoodies, oversized t-shirts are a staple in my wardrobe. Also, bought multiple beanies for training to keep the sweat out of my eyes which works wonders. Love this brand!

Great service! Fast, responsive, best I’ve seen from any brand to be honest. Really appreciate this companies quality

Had a problem with my product and they didnt hesitate do help me, thank you boxraw!

Extremely disappointed! Customer service was a total mess: Ordered boxing shoes the size was fit for a child. I tried to write them an email, next day they said it was too late product is already on the way (impossible). Sent the item back, now they're saying they never got it even with all the receipts and proof of delivery. Stay far away from this company!

Très bonne qualité. J’ai commandé 2 t-shirt et 1 hood. Le hood est vraiment mon préféré

They have great equipment and clothes are very comfortable
