Ich habe meine Box für die PS5 mit Halterung reklamiert und zurückgesendet, sogar das Formular für den Widerruf beigelegt falls man das Problem nicht beheben kann. Anfangs war die Kommunikation super. Mir wurde auch der Eingang des Paketes bestätigt. Jetzt warte ich seit dem 07.08.26 auf meine PS5 Box mit Halter oder mein Geld. Diverse Mail und Chatanfragen sowie Telefonanfragen wurde mit automatisierten Antworten beantwortet.Sorry das ich dass hier nu schreiben muss.

I’ve ordered the Phone and the Glove Mount, they are 3D printed but sturdy nothing special, they arrived fast and do what they are supposed to.

But I’ve got them for 15€ each instead of 25€ which is okay‘ish for the price. 25€ is just way too much, I understand it’s a small company but me personally wouldn’t have ordered them for 25€ each.

Luis stand mit mir in direktem Kontakt und hatte die Angelegenheit nachträglich schnellstmöglich & mit viel Mühe gelöst. Es wurde ein Rabatt & ein Geschenk mit eingeräumt und die Situation wurde mir ausführlich erklärt, wofür ich Verständnis habe.
Der Start war etwas holprig, aber die Jungs geben Alles!

Ich habe am 21.07.2026 einen Artikel bestellt, der als „sofort lieferbar“ gekennzeichnet war und bis heute auch weiterhin so beworben wird. Trotz dieser Angabe wurde meine Bestellung über einen langen Zeitraum weder bearbeitet noch versendet.

Nachdem ich zunächst mehrere Tage keinerlei Informationen erhalten hatte, musste ich selbst aktiv werden. Über den Kundenchat erhielt ich erst nach etwa 1,5 Stunden eine Antwort. Später wurde mir von einem Mitarbeiter erklärt, dass es aufgrund interner Umstellungen zu Verzögerungen gekommen sei. Für diese Erklärung habe ich grundsätzlich Verständnis – solche Situationen können in jedem Unternehmen vorkommen.

Problematisch war jedoch die anschließende Kommunikation. Mir wurde zugesagt, dass meine Bestellung am darauffolgenden Freitag versendet werde. Zusätzlich wurde mir als kleine Entschädigung ein Stickerbogen versprochen. Trotz dieser Zusage erfolgte jedoch kein Versand und auch keine Versandbestätigung.

Ein weiterer Kontaktversuch über den Chat blieb ebenfalls ohne zeitnahe Reaktion, sodass ich mich erneut per E-Mail melden musste.

Mein Hauptkritikpunkt ist nicht einmal die Verzögerung selbst, sondern die mangelnde Kommunikation und dass konkrete Versandzusagen nicht eingehalten wurden. Wer Artikel als „sofort lieferbar“ anbietet, sollte diese auch zeitnah versenden oder seine Kunden zumindest proaktiv über Verzögerungen informieren.

Great product for the PS5, plug n play which is great, amazing product and well built. Would recommend to any sim racer.

Sehr schnelle Hilfe. Auch an einem Sonntag.

Ich habe sie GTM-M1 Button Box und bin sehr zufrieden damit.
Mir gefällt vor allem, dass die Button Box Plug ans Play ist und alle Eingaben sofort erkannt werden.
Auch über die Verarbeitung kann ich mich nicht beklagen, außerdem wird z.B. echtes Carbon für die Deckplatte genutzt was ich persönlich zumlich cool finde.
Des Weiteren muss ich auch den Kundensupport hervorheben, super hilfreich und kulant. Ich hatte heute ein Problem mit der Software und der Support hat mir direkt weitergeholfen. Preis Leistung der Box finde ich auch sehr Fair.

Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Firma und dem Produkt!

Die Buttonbox ist schön gefertigt, Knöpfe funktionieren einwandfrei, kleines Manko - die Frontplatte ist leicht verspannt und somit sind die unteren Knöpfe vom Stream Deck etwas tiefer weil die Platte sich dort hebt.

Der Kontakt zu Luis war 1A und nur zu empfehlen.

I have a pair of button boxes from Boxone, and I couldn't ask for anything better. The boxes are simple to setup and worked from day one. I did have a problem with them a year into owning them, and Luis was very helpful with getting them back up and running! Couldn't really ask for more from a company !!!

Had an issue with my m1 buttonbox, sended an e-mail to boxoneracing, got a response within the hour, and helped perfectly from a to z!

i already had the X1 also, first order also went perfectly, so a very happy customer!

My order is still laying on a DHL german mail post since may 12, 14 days laying there! Box One Racing didnt replay my first contacts and only did after gave them a bad review. They so bad that they sent me product review link before i receive it. If you out of europe or maybe even germany dont order from this terrible company. Updating this review, finally arrived. 18 days after i ordered.

However I got the delivery 6 weeks too late with insufficient communication at first.
After 4 weeks I got feedback when to expect the delivery and got a good discount for the inconvenience.
So 5 stars for the product, but -1star for the delay/missing communication.

Button Box as described and every function worked perfectly. I chose the box with the large Brake Bias rotary switch and that works great in-race. Easy to grab and adjust. Quality of the Box is excellent and the mount is accurately designed. Fit like a glove on my rig.

Super Button Boxes, ich hatte einmal ein Problem welches ich mir selber gemacht habe mit der Box und der Support hat mir etwa nach 20 Minuten zurückgeschrieben. Sehr toller Service, sehr tolle Produkte 5/5
