Founded in 2012 with a passion for motoring and supplying quality used cars, we pride ourselves on offering exemplary customer service. Our two founding directors have a combined 35 years experience within the motor trade and family backgrounds running 3 generations deep. Partnering with Quick Car Finance and Close Brother’s Motor Finance to bring you these finance packages. 2021 gave birth to expansion at our preparation centre too, in the form of additional workshop space and a body shop. Enabling us to keep virtually all of our servicing and preparation in house at our facilities in Poole. Giving us more quality control over these aspects and satisfaction. In 2022 we have excitedly become a new car dealer too in the form of the brilliant fully electrical small car manufacturer, MEV. Great value reliable car
I bought a Toyota Avensis from Bournemouth Cars 5 years ago and it still serves me well. I have added many thousands of miles on it since as a Supplier Quality Engineer travelling around and auditing factories.
It was the first 2nd hand car I ever bought and I remember how easy they were to work with.

Friendly and helpful!
Bought a VW Scirocco from here a couple days ago. The service was excellent and the whole process was very smooth. Adrian let me take the car for a test drive and was not trying to push me into buying like some salespeople do.

These guys are exceptional!
These guys are exceptional. They went above and beyond during my purchase with no pushy sales techniques.
The true mark of a great company though is if something goes wrong with the car afterwards and it did on 2 occasions. They dealt with the situation with absolutely no fuss and lent me a courtesy car on both occasions. I felt bad for them as the car had to go to a specialist as regular mechanics won't touch this particular car. The second time cost them a small fortune and they also got a few more bits done at their expense that they really didn't have to do.
I wholeheartedly recommend Bournemouth Cars!

Great service, friendly and more then helped us with purchasing a car after we'd had an accident in another car and was left stranded away from home with kids during the train strikes! Would use again when need arises for changing our vehicles.

Highly recommended. Very helpful.
Good communication prior to the sale. When I looked at the car they went through all the features before I took it for a test drive. Sales process was flawless. The car had just been valeted when I arrived and a new MOT put on it even though it still had nearly 6 months. Everyone there was friendly, polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
