I ordered a bundle that was to contain three items in November . I only received one item from the bundle and my shop pay plan continued to charge me for it until it was paid in full . I reached out to the info line for customer service four times . no reply. I am not sure how I will get my remaining two products or a refund and shipping instructions to send back the one item that came. I even went to social media to try and reach someone .. still nothing., how can you have a company that has no accountability but takes peoples money for orders that are not complete while the owner is on social media every day posting videos and traveling the world as if she is running a responsible operation that cares about its customers? Beyond Disappointed and Feeling VERY Ripped Off!

Although expensive, I can truly see the difference in my skin. I love that the products are made with natural ingredients. I hope I can continue to afford it. I wish the skin products were sold in bigger options.

Epic Fail! 2 yrs ago I never had any problems but had unsubscribed. Out of nowhere, there was a charge to my acct in October for the face oil and I received an empty envelope today. If I could give a zero, I would. I can't even look at her the same.

Though the prices are high (for me at least as I am a working artist), I def see a difference in the softness of my facial skin and fine lines near my eyes since using their Skin Food starting just a couple of weeks ago. I was shocked at how small the jar was for the price when I got it (I need to read more; I just assumed us was at least 6 ounces). Anyway, it’s ok since I only need very little each time. I use it morning and night and feel it will last a good amount of time. I also won’t deduct points for the price of shipping, but I feel they could bring that down significantly as well.

I also adore the customer service. Even though I’m sure the texts are templates, the messaging feels very much personalized to me and my individual skin care needs, and I like that.

I’ve been wanting to order from them for years and am very pleased that I finally did. I’m currently waiting on my detox tea bundle and hoping I’m just as satisfied. Keep up the excellent work, Sis!!!

Ordered Overalls in November 2023 that were supposed to ship in December. I never received an update about shipping. I have reached out to the company more than 5 times and did not receive a response. $183 wasted! I even reported the transaction to my bank with no luck since Kelis or her employees are not responsive.

I received the products however I think I got an expired batch. The skin food in the jar is liquid like and not a solid consistency as shown in her posts. It is not hot in my house so I don’t wanna hear it melted. There is no customer service or no way to contact for a return and refund. I have left comment in IG and NO response! Very disappointed as I’ve spent about $145 on these products and it’s not what I expected for her and this brand she claims is great! I want my money back!

I’m putting one star for the first order I made with bounty and full with which I had no issue. I had seen the bad reviews so I was careful in not purchasing too much at once. As there were no issues I decided to make a second order. This time, I got the wrong pant model, I sent countless emails & dms to Kelis, Bounty and Full IG and not one reply. When I checked on the site they changed the model I got to sold out so it seems like they read the email without making the effort to reply. I then tried to send back the package to the address written on the original package in order to try and get the exchange for the right pant but no one was there to reception it and the package came back. I’m sincerely shocked to get the wrong pant for 129 dollars. I do not spend this much for a pant usually but I was also happy to support a female business owner. This has never happened to me where there is no way to correct a wrong order. Not even a message to acknowledge the mistake. I’m very disappointed and sad as I’ve been a long term fan of Kelis and I thought she would be a level headed business owner who wouldn’t risk her reputation by taking people’s money without fulfilling on the promise of her offer. Seeing her on her vacation without having qualified staff to respond to her customers and correct mistakes is very deceitful and feels like a scam. They also erase all bad comments and questions on lost orders on Instagram posts, and do not publish reviews on their site which is a huge red flag. I was actually planning on being a long term supporter as I truly love her work and music, but I will never buy again as it’s not guaranteed to get the right product. I do not recommend purchasing from this business. It’s a pity bc she does have good products but not the human decency needed in a good business. I feel scammed & stupid for trusting her

I ordered an overall set in November of 2023. Here it is August 2024 and never received my order!!! No response of sending DMs emails
I paid through PayPal they can't give me my money back neither my bank. I can't believe Kelis ran off with my money. Wow. And she deleted all her posts on pearlygates page. I'm sorry that this had happened to a lot of others! I'm sorry!

I ordered GET RIGHT! Luster & Glow ULTIMATE GOLDMINE BOX on 8/5 and the products was delivered on 8/14 all products was individually bubble wrapped.

I will circle back after using the products soon.

I received part of my products in a good time frame, but the remaining product has not arrived and no one is answering my request. I sent emails, messages via text that come through, on Instagram no reply. I am extremely disappointed and will not order again. I wanted to try this before school started and that was plenty of time to test it out school starts on the 19th of August.

I have read that several people have had issues with delivery of the bounty and full products. I literally ordered my products on August 6,2024 and received them on August 9,2024 at 715pm via UPS. All the items were carefully packed and intact.
No issues here! Now I will do a review after I've tried them but as far as delivery, everything went well on my end.

Very disappointed with Bounty and Full. I’m surprised that Kelis company is so unprofessional. I’ve tried contacting costumer service several times which apparently doesn’t exist…🙄 …I’ve never received a response. When I opened my order the biton mist had spilled the bottle wasn’t shrink wrapped and the spray nozzle was loose. Maybe I received a used product. I see on IG that she travels often maybe she should check on her company to make sure that it is being managed properly.

The Skin Food was not at all a cream. It's a weird orange liquid substance that looks like it has mold spores!!

I honestly believe one star is too much for this company. As a fan of Kelis this really pains me to write but I guess you really can't believe everything people pretend to be. I ordered the skin food for my eczema and have been anxiously waiting to get it. 2 weeks after ordering, the tracking indicated it was "out for delivery" but now over a month later, I have not received it. I have emailed Bounty & Full countless times, left comments on tons of posts on Kelis's instagram, and sent her a dm...no response. It makes me feel really scammed when I see her posting about the products and seeing her on trips or doing shows when people like me paid hard-earned money for truly overpriced items we haven't even gotten yet. Prior to ordering, I did see people complaining about not getting their orders but I thought maybe she addressed that issue and fixed it..Turns out, that is not the case. Do not buy from her or this company. Its a scam.

I will give Kelis a one star review for the simple fast that I can’t put no star. I ordered over &200 worth of teas and hair products and body butters and didn’t receive any of it back in March of 2024 and I have emailed them and even went on her istagram to try and get answers but nothing came about it is now June 19th and she has traveled the world and still nothing I’m very upset because I can’t get my money back from the bank and ups can’t help me because it’s over 60 days NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD

I previously posted a review about my undelivered items ordered back in February 2024. Its been an ordeal,after several emails written which included a threat to report the business, I did receive a reply saying that they would be refunding me. Then I received an update talking about shipment. I can now tell you that, I have received the product, which I am pleased about, they covered the shipment to the UK. I would love to order the skin food. Is there anyone who has ordered based in the US, is i the same issues with shipping overseas.. I think yes. I will be back to review again once I had gotten into using the product.

I ordered the African box that came with African black soap, body butter and a jar of sea moss. I received my shipment however they sold me a bottle of water. It’s not soap. None of the items came with a description of how to use the product. I have sent several emails and haven’t received a response. I follow Kelis on instagram. I sent her a DM about my order and nothing. I’m super disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of.

I ordered the skin food and it did take awhile and then UPS' lost my product conveniently after attempting to force me to pay them duties rather than pay directly at a Canada Border agency (which was substantially less considering UPS handling fees that would have had me pay for the item twice over). Anyway, I received the product 2 - 3 months after ordering it and let me tell you it was worth the wait and I can overlook the hassle. The skin food works so well. It hydrates my skin, gives me a glow and visibly has uplevelled my skin game. Everyone compliments my skin and the difference since using skin food was within 2 weeks at most. And yes customer service can use some work but the products are top tier. I wish that this company would consider using additional distributers especially for customers internationally because the products are AMAZING.

A one-star rating is too generous for this company!! I ordered the "farm girl overalls" in September 2023. It is NOW mid April 2024 and the item STILL has not shipped???
The shipment date has consistently been pushed back. The last Instagram update indicated all ORDERS would ship by March 20th. 🙄. The next update on the IG page indicated the ORDERS would ship by April 4th 🙄. Every date this company has provided has come and gone. It is BEYOND ridiculous and frustrating at this point. Either refund the money or provide the item. Those are the only acceptable options. There is no option to communicate with this company! No one EVER responds to an email. There is no telephone number available. The State of California needs to investigate this business because its practices are extremely questionable!!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the jeans on 11/7/23, today is 04/13th and still hv not received them. I hv emailed and sent several IG messages with no response. Today, I filed a complaint with my bank in hopes to get a refund. This is crazy and from what I’m reading has happened to many customers. And, for those that hv actually received their jeans after MONTHS of waiting, they are saying they are trash, not same and poor quality. Kelis, needs to do the right thing and refund our money.
