Spare yourself and don’t order

Placed an order for overalls in August with anticipated October delivery. We are now in December with no overalls or tracking information. Even more frustrating they continue advertising additional sales when they haven’t fulfilled orders from August. I will never order from this company again.

You will be sorry and disappointed

Wanted to support Kelis & a presumably small business. Spent $200 on her overall pre order which originally had an expected ship date of 10-25. A tracking number was generated 11-9 so I assumed, although late, they were on the way. 11-20 i sent an email to customer service. On 11-21, I received a response that only contained a screen shot of an update from the Pearly Gates Apparel site stating that tracking numbers were being generated and all orders would be shipped no later than 11-24. This made no sense considering that my label was created 3 weeks ago. As of 11-28, no update to the tracking information and no product.

At best, Kelis and/her team are just terrible at running a business. At worst, she’s scamming people out of hundreds of dollars. She’s been dishonest abt the “exclusivity” of her drops, doesn’t provide any customer service support and doesn’t provide products.

I too ordered the farm girl overalls in August that were supposed to be shipped October 25th. They sent out tracking numbers after I made a comment on instagram and then weeks later when I still didn't receive my package, I find that not only can I no longer comment on kelis' page, but that I have been restricted by instagram for my post which read exactly like this review.

Worst customer service!

Worst customer service!! Actually, customer service is non existent. I placed an order in late October, received it in about two weeks which was great, but the order was wrong and I can’t get a response from the multitude of emails I’ve sent. It’s like no one cares once the order is completed. NEVER AGAIN! I am so disappointed.

First, let me start by saying that Kelis is one of my favorite music artists. However, in November 2021 I order face cream and eye serum. I received that or in February 2022 after I sent multiple emails inquiring about my order. Fast forward to August 2023. I ordered the farm girl overalls. I sent multiple messages. I got 1 response stating it's a pre-order and the shipment will drop on October 25, 2023. Kelis posted that orders will go out by the end of the following week. November 6, I received an email that a tracking label was created. Today is November 23 and I STILL haven't received my order. I followed up with 2 emails since November 16 and got no response. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER support this business nor Kelis again. I am so disappointed. Also, I see only the good reviews are posted on their Bounty & Full page. SMH

If I could give zero rating I would

If I could give zero rating I would. I have waited since August for a purchase of over 180.00 the no rrfund policy makes me feel like a scam. I was ignored then after the uproar one week ago promised a tracking number for my overalls and nothing happened. I am frustrated dissapointed and wont stop until i am made whole on the matter. I have NEVER waited this long for any online purchase. Someone please help

Love Kelis products but this recent…

Love Kelis products but this recent experience has been disappointing. No response to ANY emails or inquiries sent since August. Spent $400 and only received two items out of 12. The 2 items I received were jars of Brainfood in 2 separate small boxes. They taste cool like cocoa. Pay attention to your labeling. I received 1 order of Brainfood (4 or 8oz) in a small shipping box that was labeled as being a 9lb package. I guess the label makes it appear my entire order was shipped AND it wasn't.

I ordered two bottles of Brain Food…

I ordered two bottles of Brain Food earlier in November. The delivery arrived within a week, though the package contained only one bottle. I immediately sent an email. They responded shortly after and I received my second bottle within a week. I'm giving 5 stars because even though there was a glitch, mistakes do happen and this one was remedied quickly.

Never received Farm Girl Overalls

I ordered the Farm Girl Overalls and paid for the product in advance as it was a pre-order. No product ever received. Kelis/Bounty and Full have no phone number. I reached out via email numerous times. No response. The company has a F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Worst experience ever

BAD! BAD! BAD! Not gonna lie I been wanting to order from bounty & farms for so long and I just never did until recently (BIG MISTAKE) because when I finally did I must say I was beyond disappointed! It took weeks for my order to arrive and some of the items were missing and unlabeled so I’m unsure of what is what! Very frustrating to say the least…I’ve reached out via email multiple times and no response! There has to be a better way to get in contact with kelis and her team I just can’t believe this is how they’re running their business! She’s unprofessional…she has time to post videos on instagram and what not but not tend to her unsatisfied customers what a shame! I just want to return these products and get my money back is that too much to ask for?! Im exhausted at this point because this is ridiculous!

Great Experience

I've bought from Bounty and Full several times over the past 2 years and I loved my products. If you actually read the shipping before you buy the products, it tells you it takes over 15 BUSINESS days not calendar days to process the order and that does NOT include shipping. So to the consumers complaining about how long it took to get your products, did you read that? You also have the option to expedite the shipping of your products. In that vein, "organic" means no chemical preservatives which equates to a short shelf life.

My skin food

My skin food, if it was that because there are no labels on anything, molded in under 2 weeks. I opened it and it literally had spores growing on it. I understand it organic but I spent over 100 for my items to not know what they were, how to use them and for it to mold before any results could be seen for my skin. Nope...won't be ordering anymore.

Dissatisfied 1x customer

I ordered on 8/24/23. I sent customer service a message about 2 weeks later inquiring about the status. I was informed I would receive shipping information soon for the Farmgirl overalls! They are custom made. I sent 2 more messages after that! Finally received a message stating that the they would be shipped out on 10/25/23. No shipping information sent. I will be contacting my bank on 10/26 regarding filing a fraud dispute for a full refund (if nothing received by today). Every review is a bad. Ditto. "Kelis should be ashamed and appalled that there are so many bad reviews about a company she has her name/image attached to it" Once is enough for me.

Experience it for yourself!

I’m actually surprised all the negative feedback seems a bit leery. I bought a beauty box as a bday gift to myself. The packaging was beautiful! Body butter is my favorite it’s so luxurious and goes on so smooth! I use the face oil everyday and it’s lasted over a year! I had a few questions regarding a product and they responded promptly. Give it a try for yourself, I will be placing another order soon as I’m big on self care! I’m happy to support my favorite artist!

If only there was option for no stars!
Ordered 1 Skin Food Natural Glow Face Bundle back on 6/11/23. No shipping information sent until 7/24 and UPS tracking information sent shows no package in route with number supplied.
I can’t even begin to describe the dissatisfaction with this company. Will never get my business again, at this rate I may get a package next year or maybe never.
9/12/23 - update still no package received from Bountyandfull -let this experience be a warning do not purchase from this company.

If I could give zero Stars I would! I made an order about a week ago, I say less than 2 minutes after I ordered I sent customer service a message stating that the wrong size was sent to me in my confirmation. I have sent three emails a few Instagram messages and finally I just left the comment on their page. No response! And then to my dismay to see that every review is a bad one minus one is very disheartening! Kelis should be ashamed and appalled that there are this many bad reviews about your company. You would think that something would change when you get feedback such as all the other reviews. This was my first and absolutely last time ordering from this company.

I feel like I have been scammed by…

I feel like I have been scammed by Kelis and her company . My story is like most on here . I ordered 2 t shirts and only received one in April ! I sent an email for a status and they told me that they are having trouble fulfilling my ordered . I received one tshirt and still waiting on the other one . I have messages on Instagram and sent an email that was returned. Just give me my money back! You try to patronize and this is how you are treated . This company and Kelis can not be trusted ! I will continue to message with my order number #22089 for my money back . Just ridiculous and so frustrating. We all work hard for your money and just to be scammed and ignored is unacceptable.

Won't order again

Took forever to receive the products, l had to contact them several times. When they finally got back to my emails they apologized but I'm just not happy. I Ordered May 28th and just got the products two days ago Aug19th. Then when I got them there weren't any instructions and the skin-food didn't even have a name label nothing. I won't order again. It's not worth it. You can buy similar products in stores or make your own. Wanted to support her but customer service and presentation is poor. I liked the products though

I was excited

I was excited! Until I never received any products or any responses. At this time I’m trying to get a refund. I don’t even what their business at all!!! I ordered product June 12,2023 it is now August 14, 2023. I have tried to send messages and emails with no responses for updates. On 4 occasions. On the website there isn’t a cancellation link.
I don’t trust this company!!! customer service is horrible! I work hard for my money and will not put up with disrespect of my money period. Please if you were interested in buying. Please read the reviews before doing so.

Takes forever to receive your product…

Takes forever to receive your product and there is no communication. While I like her products there needs to be a strategic review of the companies operating procedures and communications channels because that is where the biggest issues are. Competitors will communicate and you receive your product in a week and its QUALITY is still high. I want to see success from my sister but she has to read these comments and change.
