Furniture and carpet clean
I am a repeat customer.
Arrived on time and explained how they were going to complete the work.
Both the furniture and carpet were almost dry after the work was complete and thoroughly cleaned.

Carpet cleaning
Had my carpets cleaned by Ashley today, couldn’t believe the results on the clean my carpets look brand new! Amazing service, would definitely recommend to be done and will be using again in the future.

Superb Service
Ashley was very efficient and knowledgable. Carried out my carpet clean- including dreaded lily pollen- when I was away and kept me informed, including photos, of every step. Highly recommended.

Bounce Back came and made our industrial floor look like new
Bounce Back came and made our industrial office space look brand new. Carpet tiles had years of dirt and stains in them - once cleaned they looked great. Ashley advised me on the different methods available and helped make the decision on what should be done. Really happy with the end result.

Ashley was very professional and arrived promptly on time.
My old leather cream recliner is over 25 years old and Ashley requested photos prior to cleaning so he could check what was best to use and also did a patch test on arrival. I'm really pleased how clean it's come up and how healthy looking it is. I've no hesitation in recommending him and certainly will be getting him back to do my carpets very soon

First rate service
First rate service from Ashley - excellent communication before and during the visit, explained what he was doing as he went along and gave advice on our wool stair carpet. The carpets have come up beautifully and he cleaned up too so it's all spotless. Really pleased and highly recommended, we will be using Bounce Back again.
