Purchased a few boxes from this company over the last month or two, as a thank you gift to my clients. Love the personalised cards and my clients are always very grateful for their gift sets. I purchase the “Thank You” gift box every time and they go down a treat! Lots of other boxes available though, for whatever occasion suits. Thanks for making it such a simple and hassle free process Bottle in a Box.

Ordered for a 60th birthday. Gift set was delivered on the chosen date and my mother in law loved it. She sent me over some pictures and the box was beautifully presented and she loved the gin. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a nice Whisky gift set for an 80th Birthday, the delivery date was scheduled but unfortunately the chosen courier service decided to leave the £50 gift on the floor outside the front door and then took a photo of the gift on the floor and also a notice on the front door which read 'Please leave in Porch'. Unfortunately the gift went 'missing' as it wasn't left in the safe place requested. Bottle in a Box advised that as this wasn't raised with them within 7 days of delivery (presumably the period in their T & C's with DPD) there is nothing they can do - I would have expected something as a gesture rather than hide behind the courier they use! So, to conclude, I was happy with the product ordered (it looked really nice on the website) but not much value out of £50 as the recipient never received his gift!!

The reply from BIAB really does sum up their customer service, it's not their fault it's the customers!
If you want to send a birthday gift to someone through this company don't forget to ring the recipient within 7 days to see if they actually received it!!!!

Very good. My only gripe is the money was taken far too early from my account in relation to the dispatch date.

High quality of everything including the gift boxes. The prices are reasonable, fast delivery, well packed and protected, well presented, looks fancy outside and inside the box. Makes a gift more unique. Very pleased.

Having never ordered gifts online before, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to order from Bottle in a Box. The recipient of my gift was over the moon with it, it arrived on the allocated day and well presented. A great range of gifts for everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I ordered 13 bottles in boxes for colleagues. Ordered on the Wednesday for delivery on Friday. All were delivered, except one where the snow was too deep (Dundee). Email and text morning of delivery telling me what time each one would be delivered. Boxes were lovely with the personalised note and nibbles. Would definitely recommend this service.

We had a fantastic experience with Bottle in a Box and I'd highly recommend them. My organisation used BIAB to send a holiday drink to each of our staff ahead of our virtual do. The gift packs were well priced and we got a small discount for a bulk order. We offered staff a choice of 5 drink options and they all came with snacks. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the drinks and snacks and I appreciated the ability to send a personalised note in each box.

BIAB were very accommodating with our staff dietary restrictions and last-minute changes to our order. They were responsive via email through what I'm sure was a busy period for them. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

This company is brill. I places my order on Friday and the item arrived well packaged on Monday first thing in the morning. The item was exactly what ordered. The gift box was lovely. Great quality products, fast delivery. All round 10/10.

Delivered on time and beautifully presented gift. My friend loved her gin gift set! Easy ordering on the website and great to see they have a Saturday delivery service! I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from this company!

Bottle in a box are tragic. I ordered a wine gift box and paid nearly £10 for Saturday delivery which is absolutely extortionate in itself. Of course, the parcel did not get delivered on my chosen date and is now delayed to 3 days later. The DPD tracking website is ridiculously confusing and this really does not help. This gift is for a birthday which will now be late, and due to covid there’s not much else I can do. I am really disappointed in the awful service too, have not received any compensation and have been told there is nothing they can do.

Do not order from this rip off of a company

Bought a Whisky set from them for over £50, Was delivered to my father in law and was completely damaged inside. Spoke to the seller and advised no refund will be issued because I don't have evidence. My father in law is a elderly gentlemen who doesn't have a smart phone and due to lockdown I couldn't attend.

From such companies you'd expect a little understanding and maybe refund 50% but nothing at all. Completely unhelpful, just sent me a screenshot of terms and conditions! Great thanks!

Due to COVID 19, our friends from Yorkshire could not visit us for his birthday.
I ordered gin, in birthday box ! Two weeks before delivery !
The company are amazing, kept me updated by e mail, and the gin duly arrived, correct day and time.
Our friends were thrilled, beautifully and carefully packed, they said the birthday box I asked fir was amazing.
Definitely recommend, and will order from them again
