I’ve had the absolute best experience working with the BotPenguin team. They are always available, incredibly responsive, and their support is second to none. Feedback is always timely, and they go above and beyond to ensure every query or request is addressed quickly and professionally.

Before choosing BotPenguin, I did extensive research and felt confident moving forward with them, and I can honestly say I’m extremely happy I did. Of course, like any platform, there are a few features that could be enhanced, but that’s by no means a deal breaker. The overall experience and the results we’ve achieved far outweigh any small limitations.

I used BotPenguin for automating my social media. I used it for Instagram comments and dm automations. I don’t have to reply to followers there comments and dms manually. Their team helped me set it up. It is going smooth as of now but lets see how it goes further.

Many features are under development. The best use case for BotPenguin is if you are a small business with limited budget but you are very tech savvy and know how to build something with limited support. It is worth a shot if you meet these requirements.

Would recommend alternatives but I am too frustrated since the bot's main function is customer support yet they don't have a good service

Experience was great and they are prompt with the services. The bot penguin system is super easy to use.

I used this software as a whitelabel chatbot software and needless to say that my experience was HORRIBLE!

Bad support, unreliable product, expensive price for the functionalities. During the whole experience I felt like I paid a large sum of money to be a beta tester of an unfinished/unreliable product.

If you want to use your money properly, stay away from this tool. I will let as much people know about my own experience with the product so maybe it can save time and money to some of you.

I am following up with their answer which is full of unwillingness (as it has been for 9+ months).

If you consider: their developer not showing up to some calls that were scheduled, not having feedbacks for weeks, still having issues with the app after they said they fixed it, "going above and beyond to support the requirements" could in fact be the right expression to describe the relationship I had with this company.

Do not expect any kind of professional support from them in any kind of scenario or situation.

Their dev team leader also seemed to imply that I was not telling the truth when I reported the issues, but of course he did not answer my messages when I sent the screenshots to back up everything that I said.

Once again: avoid this tool at all cost, you might lose a lot of money in this !

Now they are saying that my experience is "an exception". If it was an exception and if they were professional, they would give me a refund for the time left in the subscription.

But the reality is that this is not an exception, the management is money-money-money-not-customer oriented, and they are not professional at all.

Please do not believe a word of those BS they say, you will only lose time and money in this.

I like their service, but many features are still under development. Whenever I need some basic level customisation, it is always in under development

Hi! I am a practicing doctor. I have recently signed up with botpenguin to help with my online patient consultation. I found the application as well its capabilities to be user friendly and easy to understand. The customer support team is phenomenal.

Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to enhance patient experience in an online consult

I searched for a few options for a chatbot and BotPenguin's chatbot is the simplest and easy-to-use in the market. The chatflow is refreshingly easy. On top of that, their customer service has been top notch. I've even gotten my own support group on whatsapp which is very convient considering there are more than 5 people to answer my queries any time.

However, there are still somethings they need to work on. The appointment booking function is a paid feature, and even after paying for it, it doesn't work properly. Instead they ask you to just include a link flow in your chat. But they were fairly quick in solving this problem as well.

Overall a solid product with a responsive team. Very satisfied as of now.

Edit2. They have now handled the refund so I have updated my review to three. Still not blown away but no scam company.

Scam company. Very unprofessional, promises refund if not working as expected. I couldn't run my use case, filed for refund, no response even after reminding several times.

Edit. In response to the answer from Botpenguin below. I filled out that request for refund. Then nothing happened. I reminded. Still nothing. Should I fill it out again?

Its Whatsapp Automation with API is really practical for sales & marketing objective.

If it come with analytics about campaign result it will be awesome. Example, send a Whatsapp campaign to 1,000 people, how many of them choose 'Yes', 'No' & who from them wanted to attend the event for 'Date-A' compare to 'Date-B'.
