Ordered gloves from an Instagram ad on May 1st. Order confirmation received and no contact since. Reached out several times and got no response. Website has now disappeared.

I paid for a product they advertised. They charged me, but never sent me what I bought. The website suddenly doesn't exist. I will take further action and get my money back.

Crap. I should have researched them first. Impulse Instagram buy. Ordered $100 worth of items on March 18th. Received confirmation email but now their site is down and no one has responded to other means of tracking other than using the Arrive app (which wants access to your emails - freakin suspect). Just reported them to my bank. Also, the email address on that BotevPeak Instagram account is marveldcbeyond at gmail just in case that account gets deleted.

Just like everyone else I ordered gloves after a few weeks the site was removed will be callin my bank to report fraud..

I was sold by an Instagram ad of this company (botevpeak). I placed an order in mid February and have yet to receive a shipping notification or my order. They have not responded to my email requesting a status, and their website has been taken down. It looks like I lose $34.... But I see very similar products and same advertising methods being sold by another company shown in Instagram ads (toptacticalgear_usa).

Same thing for me. Took money and disappeared. I did however get a confirmation text with an order number... but their website is gone now. No way to contact

I ordered a Jacket from this company Botev peak, and I never received a confirmation email or any type of acknowledgment to confirm that my order was going to be processed and on its way.. I ordered this jacket February 27 receive the order number but since then have yet to receive anything concerning the ETA on my jacket they did take the money out of my account no problem but yet they still seem that letting people know when the product is going to arrive or what the problem is has yet to be.... so if there is anyone who has found a way to contact Botev peak or get any resolution to there situation that is somewhat like mine!!! Please help me out.. Thank you !!!

Ordered two items, paid for them, never received anything and the website and links to check order information have disappeared....

Never received my gloves, money was taken out, the site is gone, phone number is a collage in walnut California.
This is a new post, called my credit card company and got a refund, advise everyone else to do the same before the time limit is up.

I ordered a pair on gloves on March 9,2020. I paid for them. The money was taken from my account. I still have received NOTHING. The website seems to not even exist anymore! What's going on? I want my money back!

It's been 2 weeks and still no gloves. I go to the website and it says it's shut down. So apparently I just lost my money. Smh. What's this world come to? Everyone for themselves huh? I'll just leave it at that!

Been asking for a tracking they don't respond. They don't reply to emails. You call them and wait 30 minutes to a hr. Just for someone to act dumb like they can't hear you then hang up.

This company's website just up and disappeared, they charged me for the gloves I ordered on March 18th, and I still haven't gotten them. No email, no way for me to contact them. Better believe I'm disputing this charge with my credit card company.

I ordered my gloves in February and they have yet to be shipped or even processed. I checked the email, clicked the link (both links) and both lead me to a page with a caption in the middle that said the shop was unavailable.

I ordered a bag from them tried to contact them about it have heard nothing from them it's been going on a month now. I tried multiple times to contact them and now the store is not even open

Hubby was looking for good quality and cheap gloves and I got them in time to surprise him for our anniversary. Ty.

Got my package and everything was in there. Nice.

Got my package even in these unfortunate times. can appreciate that.
