Never received my gloves! SCAM!!!

Thank you ALL for your reviews I just concur that I am also a victim who as well didn't receive my order, I appreciate you guys bringing this to light, makes one not want to order anything on Facebook adds especially from unknown foreign sellers. Word to the wise, ALWAYS!!! Check independent reviews prior to making a purchase in other words, DO YOUR HOMEWORK before punching that OK purchase button!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of gloves 3 weeks ago. Haven't received or heard back from them after emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I wish I would have looked at reviews before ordering.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered my gloves over 3 weeks ago. Never got them. They never returned my email. I hope everyone reports them to the BBB.

This company is a scam. My gloves didn't arrive after 3 weeks, all emails were IGNORED, then the website went down, never to return. Make sure you report them to the BBB as I have. There are enough people who have been ripped off by this company that we should be thinking class action lawsuit.
Edit to add, it's hilarious that after all the bots giving them 5 stars they still so overwhelmingly have one star reviews. Wish I had come here first.

Scam, waited four weeks for a pair of gloves, wrote three emails to the company in regards to the order. Never received anything back, and then the website went down. I'm filing a complaint with the FTC after seeing how many people have been robbed by these garbage people.

They sent me a worthless plastic tiny raincoat..website no longer works...I have emailed them but I chalk it up as a loss....I also have two other items in transit...cant wait to see the merch

Watchout for hit-and-run scams like this, lately there are many popups on Facebook and Instagram. After no contacts from them, I called my Citibank and have the charge reversed. About 3 weeks after placing order, Botevpeak did sent me a very thin worthless black raincoat that fitting into the palm of my hand, I contacted them offer to return but they've to pay for the return postage, still waiting for their reply. And out of the blue, today I received another smaller black raincoat in a plastic packing. It came from China but I didn't order anything from China (mailed out from China in Mar 20th). Well, I better washing my hands good.

For the new toptacticalgear.com that someone mentioned, the domain name got registered in Dec 2019 from someone in Bulgaria for only one year. (botevpeak.com registered on July 2019 also for only one year). So, take your guess... watchout for those domains/companies coming from the Eastern European.

I also was scammed by these snakes. Make sure to report them to the BBB!!!!!

I've been 26 days for my order . There website is down they don't reply to emails. There is no phone number.
I requested a refund and no reply for that either. Trash this company
There product more than likely sucks anyway.

Scam! Contact your bank right away!!

Ordered some gloves about 11 days ago. Saw on their site that they were still gonna be cranking out orders even during the shutdown in California, where they said they're based. Now the site is down, they're not responding to emails and I've heard they were just scamming people. How do I get my refund?

They finally got shut down! Ordered a jacket February 21st. Got a ship notice March 21st Like many others, I found out too late that they are total scammers. The jacket is a $3 wind breaker. Just look up "stop botev peak from scamming" on Facebook. Contact your bank now. Contacting the BBB will do no good because they had a fake physical address and are based out of China.

Alright, I'm pretty confused with the whole lawsuit against an old supplier. If this is the reason you guys deleted your FB page, disabled your website and aren't responding emails; a proper message to your costumers explaining the situation would help. The fact I saw other FB pages with the same gloves and video ads is strange. But tbh, I don't know what to think. If possible, I would like a refund and I'll re-order new gloves when the lawsuit is over.

Scam and scum. I ordered a pair of gloves in February and never received them, but this place was super quick about charging my card. They claim their website is down now so I messaged them yesterday on Facebook and commented on their page asking about my order and they did not respond, they blocked me on Facebook. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. Thieving scumbags.

I ordered a pair of gloves 3/4/20, received a confirmation, $ was taken out and nothing after. Site is down and there is no way to contact anyone. I’m contacting my bank as soon as I get home.
