Delivered within two days. Really fairly priced, I could not recommend enough. Nothing has sprouted yet but I just know my quality seeds from Boston Seeds are the best. Gardening with Tom told me to plant with "quality seeds from Boston Seeds (said very quickly)" and who could not trust such a profound and trusting voice.

So very disappointed the waiting game is unbelievable, been given 3 different dates and 3 different excuse for the delays. Buying from a local company to us seemed a good idea, however then to be informed they are coming from Holland!
The emails almost saying do NOT hassle us which is sent to all customers, don’t worry I shan’t be back! Shocking customer service.

Ordered 3rd September for next day delivery nothing arrived sent email 7th September no response rang on the 8th told to send email,another email sent 8th September still no response very poor company no communication evri still awaiting parcel.

First class service, I received an order confirmation and despatch notice within a few hours of placing the order. I received a notification from Evri the same day stating they had the package on 24 hours delivery but it didn't arrive and when I tried to track it their was no information available.
I contacted Boston seeds to advise them and they sent a replacement out straight away which arrived the following morning by another courier. I would recommend this company.

Our order was damaged in transit and even though we told BS that we had more than enough seed for our needs and didn’t need any more, a replacement bag arrived within 24 hours. Brilliant customer service.

Disappointing. You seemingly were let down by your delivery agent, DHL. Goods not received in accordance with agreed delivery timeframe of one-day. No communication received from DHl regarding delivery. Received two-days after stipulated date following intervention by you. Only a part delivery was received. Still awaiting report from you as to why there was a shortfall in the schedule and quality delivered.

I placed an order in a rush and unfortunately it went to my previous address which I did not know until I after order placed I immediately contacted boston seeds and they arrange for the bad of seeds to be delivered to me the following day at no extra charge. I was very please as he made it easy and stress free. Thank you. The seeds a lovely as the grass is growing, looks amazing and very green:)

Boston seeds were great. DX the courier service unfortunately let them down. Had to chase them to deliver the parcel, kept saying calling card had been left and they had attempted delivery when they hadn’t. This is very difficult to manage when you have contractors in to lay the grass seed

Swift delivery, appropriate packaging

They claim to deliver in 24 hrs - it’s now been 6 days and still nothing. When I called I was basically told its not there issue it’s EVRI, when I pointed out this is their sub-contractor she said “what do you want me to do about it…”. Awful service and terrible customer services.
