Jag hade nyligen privilegiet att uppleva det fantastiska sortimentet och den oöverträffliga kundservicen hos Born in Stockholm. Mitt senaste köp, en otroligt vacker klänning, överträffade mina förväntningar på alla sätt. Från det ögonblick jag steg in i butiken till det att jag lämnade med min drömklänning, blev jag omhändertagen med en omsorg och uppmärksamhet som är sällsynt att hitta någon annanstans. Klänningen i sig är en mästare i skönhet och kvalitet - varje detalj genomtänkt och varje söm perfekt. Tack snälla till den mycket gulliga tjejen i butiken som hjälpte mig och var så trevlig 🙏🏻🥰🩷

Better luck buying the outfit from aliexpress. The outfits are not as advertised. They are not of high quality or hand made. I reached out to them via email and Instagram and only received responses on Instagram telling me to calm down and that it must’ve been a one off situation. That they’d review. Told me to ship it back but still hasn’t provided a label. They delete negative comments on social media but can’t delete this.

I hesitated at first because of the bad reviews, but am so glad to have ordered from Born in Stockholm. :) Of course it's not cheap, but the Rhinestone Bodysuit I ordered is just as great, shimmering, glittering and beautiful as I imagined. The light reflects off the studs and rhine stones and the fit is exactly as stated.
The order was delivered to me in Germany within 10 days, which I think is really super fast.
I also received a helpful and nice reply to my email within 3 days and Rebecka was able to change the size afterward ordering: so customer service 1A! Thanks Rebecka! :)
Best store for all rave & festival girls, I will definitely order again sometime.

I made a worldide shipping order and my parcel is blocked in Stockholm. The company does not answer at all... ⚠️⚠️⚠️

I received my order and it was incredibly poor quality and damaged. It is covered in dirt, threads hanging off all over, pulled threads and the wings that are appliquéd on the back of the kimono are loose. It is very poor quality and cheap material - yet I paid £109 plus shipping!

I got one response saying I’m entitled to an exchange or store credit, but given that the item is faulty and dirty I should be entitled to a refund! What use is store credit when the items are clearly not as advertised and NOT worth anywhere near what they charge for them.

I’ve sent photographs of the damage and am yet to receive a reply. I will not let this drop as it’s a considerable amount of money to lose.

Do not order from this company. The quality of the products is terrible and do not match the website. I received my product today and so disappointed I saved my hard earned money for it. On top of that I had to pay an extra £60 custom charge which the company refused to help with. Wish I had read the reviews.
