Cardiff st davids Sunday morning

Cardiff st davids Sunday morning , the blonde girl , very rude left me waiting for over 15 minutes with no update , staff standing around chatting about personal issues very loudly, no customer service or experience staff. The young man was brilliant and helpful, the two young girls blonde and brown haired ( extremely loud and rude ) are in the wrong job unfortunately.

Boots at Rowlands gill must be the…

Boots at Rowlands gill must be the worst one by far. Waiting for over 40 mins for prescription even tho I get my medication regularly from here! The woman with black hair and glasses she is by far the most impolite person I've ever came across. Never smiles and always angry when you ask for advice or want to get served! if you don't like your work then leave and don't make us miserable and standing there while you ignore people wanting your help.

I understand serving the public can be challenging but all too often in the Abbeycentre boots there is no customer service. I had the pleasure of being served by Sharon who clearly couldn’t be bothered with any pleasantries or customer service. Putting out delivery at peak time with no one on the till and a look of annoyance when she had to serve topped it off.

If I could give NO stars I would

If I could give NO stars I would ! Was trying to buy a Clinique item and at least 4 make up assistants standing round chatting when required a question answered had to go to them interrupt their conversation. The girl came over to show me a colour of powder that was too dark when I said this she put it back and walked away, I was flabbergasted not trying to help me as a customer or make the sale!!!! Wow just wow Boots assistants - very poor service I am not a happy customer! She then went back to carry on her socialising with another member of staff and to hell with the customer not impressed at all will be going elsewhere where the shop values customers 😡😡

Appalling customer service.

Boots - Crow Rd Glasgow. I use (expensive ) Aveeno cream for itchy skin. Yesterday I inadvertently picked up Aveeno Body Wash and didn`t realise my mistake till I got home. This morning I returned to Boots and explained my mistake. They point blank refused to exchange the item. Assistant also asked what I used it for - no doubt hoping to sell me something else. I have been a Boots customer for 60+ years but doubt if I will ever set foot in their stores again. Appalling customer service and judging by the other reviews I am not alone. I also note a lack of response to negative comments which really says it all.

Today i had prescription for Very very urgent antibiotics it was marked in red on screen for them to see ment to ready when I got to boots when I left my doctors in west st I went in the queue when it was my turn she said it is hear but you will have to wait min 30mins so much for urgent to them or mark in red means nothing to them

Why change something that woks?

Seem to have changed a simple text system which worked well - no text to say the prescription was ready and it had been dispensed and either given to someone else or lost!

Boots Pharmacy in Ilkley

Boots Pharmacy in Ilkley - there are very few dispensary chemists in Ilkley so have no choice but to get my mum’s medication from here - have been 3 times in the past few months and had the same poor service each time. You are totally ignored by staff and left waiting a long time , half the time they can’t find the medication or it’s not ready despite having had the prescription for days !!! Much improvement needed

Why are these incompetents carrying out vaccinations?

Booked a Covid Vaccination at Boots Kingsway Derby.
Arrived to join a queue snaking around the store. Gave up after an hour. No chairs for a group of mainly elderly people. Panicking Store Manager who was clueless as to what to do, resorted to trying to lie his way out of the debacle.
Complained to Customer Service who just issued an off the shelf meaningless apology.
The NHS should not be using such clueless suppliers
I for one will never spend a penny in Boots again.

Boots the chemist ? Oh dear

Boots chemist in Bedford, what’s happened ? They were always my go to pharmacy, however now I make an effort to go elsewhere. 1115am, it’s busy, 15 or more queuing, 16 including me, ONE TILL OPEN, rarely anyone available to ask for help and buying medicines has become a time consuming nightmare. I value my time, not sure the same can be said for Boots a once great British institution

Pay attention… Estée lauder

This passed Saturday I went to boots at broughton near Chester. I thought I knew what I wanted untill I meet Marina at the Estée Lauder counter. I spent my career training beauty advisors for Borghee cosmetics all over the world. I have to say marina is such a natural in every way. She knows how to talk to people, what leading questions to ask, she listens but most of all she knows how to work colours. She is a lost asset to Estée Lauder at Boots. I would of brought her on board in a heart beat. In all my career I re rely had advisors apply cosmetics on my skin however I allowed Marina and she did an outstanding job. Don’t lose her Estée.

Boots Pharmacy Neath Failing Badly.

Went to ask the pharmacist for advice in Neath Boots on Saturday with a sore eye. The girl went to speak to the pharmacist and I fully expected him to come and have a look at my eye and recommend medication. However she came back and said I can sell you this for £10. Shocking!!!! We are encouraged to use our pharmacy for advice but Boots Neath are failing to deliver. Later I went to Fforestfach Tesco and asked the pharmacists for advice - what a difference. He looked at my eye, said I had conjunctivitis and gave me antibiotic ointment FREE !!!! He said this was under the common ailment scheme. Boots pharmacy is a waste of time with incompetent staff.

Prescription desk poorly run

Henley on Thames, Bell street.
Terrible customer service at the prescriptions area, long queues, customers only receiving half of the prescription.
The whole shop could do with a good deep clean also

I took a prescription into boot…

I took a prescription into boot Welshpool and told it would take at least 30 minutes to sort it, I went away to another shop and came back 10 minutes later and told my prescription wouldn’t be ready for about 15 to 20 minutes. I asked for my prescription back which had been stamped by them and took it to Rowlands chemist round the corner who presumably prescription in about 3 minutes . Boots are absolutely useless and the staff needs customer relations training.

Patient Confidentiality Breach

Scanned the QR code to leave feeback - it doesn't work .. perhaps they don't really want to know?

Took 15 mins to collect prescription - 2 staff behind the pharmacy counter, 6 others in the shop whilst there was a queue of about 6 for the pharmacy.
Eventually got served - the lady serving me spoke openly about the contents of my prescription package which was of a confidential nature - everyone in the queue behind me heard (including people I know). Diabolical service and clearly a breach of patient confidentiality - will take this further and collect prescriptions elsewhere from now on.
Seems Boots are no longer fit for purpose.

I am shocked at the service

I am shocked at the service, given to me through click and collect. I ordered two items, on the 23/8, the monies being taken out at that point, and was given a delivery date of around 24th. Twice I called into my local branch, and was told the order hadn’t arrived, and to contact customer service. After many attempts to contact them, I was told due to the bank holiday, there was a delay, and to wait on an email, to collect the goods. We are now at the 3rd September the elusive email, has never appeared. I emailed customer services today,I have just had an email, to tell me that the operations team are currently reviewing my request, to cancel, and if approved, it will be another 3/5 days for the refund to appear in my account.
In the last few minutes, I’ve just had another email, telling me my refund has been approved. The refund will appear in my account within 14 days. I never received the items, and they now they are telling me, it will be another 14 days, before I receive my money.
What a shocking service.

Boots Straiton is not a safe place for…

Boots Straiton is not a safe place for customers or staff. Twice I’ve been in that shop and today was the worst. Those poor girls that work there were attacked by a bunch of woman stealing items. One looked like she had a weapon of some sort. They were confronted by staff and the thieves pushed customers and staff to escape. Your staff are not safe, I’ve seen this twice. Why don’t you have security??? Will it take a member of your staff to be seriously injured before anything is done. I won’t be back and I wouldn’t work there! Poor treatment of your customers and staff!!!!

Camberley store is a waste of time

Very bad service and lack of stock in Camberley store
I have tried to buy items there on numerous occasions but they are never available one you finally manage to find a member of staff to enquire about the items all you get told is to order online
Not everyone wants to shop online especially for just a couple of items which I pointed out but their attitude is very couldn't care less
So I have now started to shop in superdrug which has a much bigger choice of stock and very helpful and friendly staff

Who supervises? First time for while I went into Boots to buy several items. I gave up on Boots and regularly use Superdrug but Superdrug was very busy Anyway I needed some shampoo but couldn’t get at it because three young female shop assistants were chattering about what show they next wanted to see. I stood with them and waited and waited. Eventually I said “Excuse me. Is there any chance I can get to the shampoo” Grudgingly they moved two feet and carried on chatting. I then went to pay. Twelve people in the queue and one person on the till. When the queue grew to fourteen the single person on the till “rang the bell”. Eventually one of the chattering shop assistants ambled over.
Whilst I am shocked by the absolute brazen lack of work ethic of some of the employees, I do wonder who is supervising/managing the shop floor.
Still, it did remind me why I gave up on Boots and always use Superdrug. Why do I get the feeling Boots are on a death spiral?
