Bought an electric mountain bike and fantastic customer service from Sebastian with answering my queries quickly and the aftersales were brilliant. Bike was well packaged and easy to assemble.

The bike arrived very well packaged no damage to the box , within 15 minutes the bike was unfolded so straight forward I didn't need to consult the instructions, within half an hour I'd fitted the reflectors to the wheels and the rack, with power in the battery I test rode the bike .
I do feel the instruction manual should have more information than it does. 5*****.

I purchased my ebike here 2 weeks ago. Delivery schedule was good and bike arrived exactly as advertised. It was easy to assemble and was great to ride.
When the battery needed charged my power supply didn't work. I contacted the company and the matter was dealt with swiftly and the issue was resolved with the delivery of a new power supply.
It was very refreshing to have a company with such excellent customer service.
I can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent from start to finish.

Ordered and received a folding electric bike from Boostelectric. Quick delivery, excellent bike and faultless customer service from Sebastian, who is a real gentleman and goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. The bike and Sebastian were so good we have ordered a second one.

Very slow to deliver, but product is as expected. Haven't worked out how to get full electric mode even though the description stated it was possible to do so.
Ended up getting sent another a few days after receiving the product, not sure how that happened but hopefully the company received it back safely

Very quick delivery of electric bike.

Easy to assemble, just worked straight out of the box.

Not thoroughly tested yet but a ride of several miles was very good.

Looking forward to riding some more.

My order for a Hitway 20" electric bike was handled fast and efficiently. When it arrived, I found it excellently packed, and easy to unpack and assemble. I had a problem initially getting it working, but a quick call to Boostelevctric identified the problem, and all was well. I have no hesitatiion in recommending this company and hope I will have long service from my new bike.

Have just purchased the ADO16 electric bike from you, very impressed with the quality and build of the bike, easy to assemble, impressed with extra items, the phone holder & pump, just been out for my first ride, very smooth and easy to ride, quick and easy gear change. A very happy customer

Delivered very quickly. I am really satisfied with their service.

So far so good have not been out on bike yet but arrived complete and in perfect condition.
Only minus is no tools to put bike together and very sparse booklet to give hardly any information on bike,also charger not Uk 3 pin so will have to buy an adapter not a massive problem but would be nice to have these things thrown in

I bought an Ouxi V5 e-bike from them, after 3 months using it had broke down, i found the motor cable broken, i sent emails for asking support, no reply, not answer at phones, they are scammers.

Everything is excellent like, their communication and items they mentioned but the issue is charger extension cable is 2 pin where in UK all socket used by 3 pin and also when I speed up into 2 then the battery charge go down quickly. One missing part to the right handle which is starting switch has been shown on the video.
After all thanks for the E-Bike delivered in 2 days.

An excellent product at a very reasonable price. Communication was also first class. The only thing that ruined the experience was the carrier delivered my ebike to the wrong address in our village. However Sebastien from Boost Electric got straight onto the carriers case, and with a lot of time and effort on the part of both Sebastien and myself we were able to locate and retrieve my bike. The bike is beautifully made and was only let down by a faulty charger which again credit to Sebastien at Boost Electric was soon resolved, even though at the time he was on holiday. I wouldn't hesitate buying with confidence from Boost Electric again, as sure as it will happen for me.
