I feel that a mirror should be a standard item on the bike, my brakes are still noisy, (which might be they need time), once you are down to one bar on the battery it hardly responded, the bike is quite heavy, (to be expected) but all in all I like the bike it was comfortable to ride

Buying an electric bike from Boostelectric was an easy process in respect of ordering and paying - there were no issues whatsoever. It's always a worry for the customer when buying an expensive product 'sight unseen' - but after going through all the information and taking the time to do some research, I decided to make the purchase. The bike was delivered well packed and within the 48hrs stated - delivered by Parcelforce, and the member of staff making the delivery did an outstanding service. The bike itself is extremely well constructed and everything was present. It took no time at all to unpack it and deal with the small amount of assembly required.
having now ridden the bike a few times I can say that it is extremely sturdy and responsive with plenty of power for my modest needs and I have no doubts that it will perform well in the future. How pleased am I with the purchase, answer extremely. Would I recommend Boostelectric, absolutely with no hesitation whatsoever. Superb product, superb service.

Good service, great bike, had a knee replacement and needed an electric bike until I can do full bend. I'm only 5ft so would have preferred if it was smaller. It is very powerful and probably a little to fast for me but I'm sure I will get used to it. The bike is probably meant for a taller person, the seat is adjustable, to adjust it further I took out the plastic spring from under the seat. Great bike though.

All went very well bike arrived as stated product excellent.

My son had gis scooter 3 months when it snapped in half the manager renewed it for the battery to stop working amonth later then the manager told me the old warranty is on the new scooter and refused to fixed it. My other son also had a scooter from here and his scooter snapped in the same place as the other one and same thing the manager is ignoring messages so another scooter down the drain and both was under warranty.DO NOT BUY

Very, very pleased with the bike.
It looks fantastic.
I suffer from Asthma and can pedal or use pedal assist or the throttle mode, as I want.
So no matter how your fitness level is, this bike will give you a great ride.
I travel 4 miles to work and back on it and if you ride it sensible, you can get a lot of distance, without having to charge the battery, every night.
Very reasonable price, when I compared it, to other similar bikes 👍

Had the bike a few weeks now getting used to riding again as not rode a bike for few years ...bike is well made strong and plenty of power , ,,i would recommend this bike just one down side ...its quiet heavy ,,,other than that ..its well worth the money ..

Purchased 2 Hitway bk6 ebikes 2 months ago, great bikes, great price, great customer service from Sebastian. I would recommend him to anyone wanting an ebike, as opposed to importing one and having no comeback if anything is not OK.

The charger , saddle/post and instructions arrived separately , but the Ebike in it`s box arrived later as it was stuck in the local Parcel Force Depot because of the 4 day Bank Holiday . Sebastian realised that the charger lead sent was a Continental one with the skinny two pins and he sent me the British three pin plug/lead overnight without prompting . I have covered 11 miles and have been carrying out some adjustments to suit the rider . It is a solid well built Ebike ,nicely finished with decent forks and rides well, if a little on the firm side even running the tyres slightly below the recommended 40 psi . I removed the pillion seat that covered the Carrier and have fitted a bag . The Chinese might carry a pillion on this machine but it would be frowned on here .
The machine as advertised carried green coloured Hitway logo but the machine supplied is black overall with no markings , which I prefer . I can recommend the BK 6 and the price makes it the best value Ebike on offer anywhere . I have owned Ebikes for 12 years and still have several with which to compare . This BK6 is a present for someone .

Bought my bike online at at £749 I later learned from Boost eElectric I could of got a discount because I was recommended by friends who had bought several bikes previously so I rang but when I asked them I was told order had been processed but I could pay again £749 then they could then cancel previous order and start again then giving me money off who has that sort of money these days. Apparently there is a code but it wasn’t clear when I ordered 🙁 yes the guy I spoke to was friendly and the bike is great just a small matter of principle 🤔
