Es hat super geklappt, jedoch wurde nicht auf meine Emails reagiert. Ich habe 4€ ca noch an Versandkosten oben draufgezahlt und ich kann nur sagen, dass es angekommen ist. Es hat 2,5 Wochen gedauert bis es ankam.

Le délai d'arrivage étant assez long (1 mois) j'enlève une étoile. Cependant, l'article était en très bon état (bien que peu cabossé).

Commande passé le 19 juin toujours rien le 6 septembre.

Wir haben Mitte Mai 2020 bei Boomber bestellt. Es sollte ein besonderes Geschenk sein dass eigentlich Ende Mai war. Wir haben unsere Bestellung NIE bekommen und auf unser Geld warten wir IMMERNOCH! Wir haben mehrmals versucht sie zu erreichen, doch sie antworten nicht. Es läuft gerade Käuferschutz Antrag bei PayPal. Ich würde auf jeden Fall von Boomber abraten!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is a huge scam. I ordered a cube trio for my mom in March. It is now August and I have not received anything in the mail. They took my money and I have nothing to show for it. DON'T USE THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.

Absolute scam avoid at all cost. No confirmation, no respond to mail (got one when involving PayPal) and no delivery

Sono davvero dei truffatori! Ho fatto un ordine due mesi fa, ma non ho mai ricevuto l'ordine effettuato, non ho mai ricevuto una risposta alle mie email e messaggi lasciati sui vari profili social dove fanno pubblicità! Non ti danno la possibilità di avere un un numero di tracking per tracciare il tuo ordine, nella politica del loro sito la prima cosa che trovate scritto che non si prendono la responsabilità se il pacco viene perso perché non forniscono un numero per tracciarlo, però non specificano che comunque i soldi se li prendono e non c'è rimborso e in più ho effettuato un ordine con foto personali che non so che fine abbiano fatto! E solo da denuncia questo sito! Lo sconsiglio vivamente sia per salvaguardare i vostri soldi che le vostre foto!

Commande passée il y a un mois et demi...rien reçu, aucun retour à mes courriels. Je suis extrêmement déçue d'avoir perdu de l'argent de cette façon.

La commande a été passée il y a plus d'un mois et je n'ai toujours rien reçu alors que le temps de livraison était estimé entre 5 et 7 jours!! Je n'ai reçu aucune information supplémentaire quant à ma commande, elle doit s'être perdue...

I bought a personalised confetti cube card on boomber and paid for express shipping (3-5days).
When I received the confirmation email of my order, it was written in broken English "Thank you for you pay!" Etc.
I then read the bad reviews on trustpilot and went straight on to "boomf" instead to recreate my personalised confetti card with this reputable company.

The boomber confetti cube card arrived 24days later. The post said it was coming from Ukraine. It came in a lovely presentation box and well packaged in a small jiffy bag.

When you pull the tab, the box opens to reveal the confetti sitting ON TOP of the folded down cube. The confetti and personalised cube don't spring out until you hold the sides of the box down...at this point, the receiver has worked out what is going to happen (as they are looking at a pile of confetti) so the surprise element of confetti explosion is non existent.

The pictures printed on the cube came out really well and the box itself is good quality. However, the message that I asked to be printed on the cube, had "amp;amp;amp;" written in between the names at the end of the message.

So, despite the good quality of paper, packaging and pictures, I can only give this company 2 stars because it arrived 20days too late for the occasion, the confetti is loose and visible on top of the card and the message has a typo in it.

So disappointed. I saw multiple ads and thought how cool this gift would be. Little did I know that I would be giving money to an absolute scam!

Ich muss sagen aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen hier habe ich tatsächlich etwas Panik bekommen und bin davon ausgegangen, dass meine bestellte Geburtstagskarte nicht mehr ankommt. In der Tat hat die Lieferung sehr lange gedauert. Ich habe die Karte 11 Tage vor dem Geburtstag bestellt, sie kam leider nicht rechtzeitig an. Die Karte kam dann heute (knapp einen Monat später.) Trotzdem hat der Beschenkte sich (wenn auch verspätet) sehr gefreut. Die Qualität hat mich wirklich überrascht, die Fotos waren in einer tollen Qualität gedruckt! Und das "explodieren" hat wunderbar geklappt. Ich habe die Karte mit den 3 Würfeln bestellt. Eine späte Freude, aber dennoch eine Freude. Vielen Dank :)

Ho fatto un ordine più di 3 mesi fa e non ho ricevuto niente. Nessuna risposta né alle numerose mail né sul profilo Instagram. Soldi rubati, è una truffa.
