I recently retired and moved to France and wanted to experience some art retreats. I found BookRetreats that had a plethora of retreats to choose. I found 2 different retreats and booked them and gave my depost. It was super simple to do and I received immediate confirmation. Next I heard from the Retreat leaders to confirm my booking. BookRetreats then followed up. I had to change the dates on one and again. Super easy, no issues. I am really happy to have found this website since again I am retired and have plenty of time to explore.

I found the booking a little confusing…
I found the booking a little confusing as I was unaware it would expire on a certain date. Probably my fault im busy and a chronic scanner so maybe making this point more obvious. As a result I ended up going around in circles when I tried to pay so maybe a message should come up to say your offer has expired please contact your host for a new offer to be sent. I did get onto your team and they were helpful. I must say I find the way you triage communication confusing and you do send out a lot of emails.
