STILL WAITING FOR GOODS TO ARRIVE

I havnt received anything to review despite the order being made over a week ago and £4.99 postage taken. It hasn't even been dispatched.

Wow what a company! Ordered and arrived in 2 working days🫶From start to finish it was the easiest process, communication was spot on and the clothes are just beautiful🩷would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Update - we managed to make contact a couple of days ago and have resolved the issue hence my updated review.

Bond Street advised there had been a problem with my address, to which I confirmed it was correct, it’s just weird. And the parcel was then sent overnight and I have just received it now.

Apparently I had been calling the wrong telephone number, but I was using the one on the link in my order confirmation.

Once we were in contact the service was efficient. And the product is perfect.

A more proactive approach to check my address would have saved a lot of worry my side, but alls well that ends well.

Original experience- Ordered over a week ago and no updates since “order confirmed”. The link in the order confirmation doesn’t show the order as having been dispatched yet. I have emailed as per guidance in the confirmation email and not had a response. I have tried to telephone again using details from the “contact us” guidance, however a recorded message says “calls are not being connected to this number at this time”. I have tried the WhatsApp route also, and still no reply.

Throughout all these attempts they have been posting new content on their socials, including responsding to comments (positive comments).

Beginning to assume they are no longer trading or it’s a scam website as it’s a black hole as far as customer service is concerned.

The trousers are a lovely material, I wasn't sure how they would fit as they are wide legged, however, they fit really well and look very classy. Jumper is so soft and again the material is lovely . Always happy with the clothes I order from this company and.

Lovely items of clothing a good delivery. Have to stop myself looking at the sight daily!

I love this company. I buy from them at least once a month or more. I recently bought the same coat in 3 different colours.
The prices are incredible and the quality really good. I have had a couple of refund and delivery issues, but I believe the test of a great company is appreciated when things go wrong, and how they handle the issue, I would give them 10/10 each time

I purchased 2 barrel leg trousers leather look from Bonds store just before Christmas so a little late reviewing, they were fabulous brilliant quality fit perfect and I have to say the shopping experience was great anyway query's I had were promptly answered considering the time of year it was. Will be purchasing again and would recommend to give them a go you won't be disappointed

Ann Marie couldn't apologise enough ...i got a full refund straight away...she also gifted me the jacket that had gone missing free of charge🫶 ....i bought a fur coat i had been looking at for while ..and orderd it straight away it is absolutely stunning
The quality is high end and beautifully made ...definitely top of the list for may next capsule wardrobe ...id give 10 stars if i could...best wishes Cathryn Egan

If I could give zero stars, I would! Awful customer service. No communication whatsoever. Emails are being ignored and I'm still chasing a refund for items which were returned 3 weeks ago. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering as clearly this is a common theme. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE - STAY CLEAR!

Ordered, Items received & looked like parcel had been opened ,it had been tapped up. Clothes I ordered were Poor quality, therefore I returned. Items sent back with tracking, still no refund after 2weeks, emailed , no response at all. Opened a case via PayPal. No response to them either. Finally PayPal refunded. Disappointing as when you order they take your money instantly. Note to self, steer clear!!!!

Very fast delivery and top was lovely really pleased with my purchase
