I had seen the Bon Amour system and was interested in trying it. The library is much better than the Bose option back when they were available. Size is great as well. Only drawback is the volume. Wish it could be louder...

I received my sleep system and I'm very happy with the quality of the product and ease of access to the website. I've had great sleep and woke up rested after playing the sleep sounds through the night.

The product that I ordered was too large, and their customer service was outstanding. They were very responsive and proactive helping me figure out a solution/replacement that would work better for me. I am looking forward to trying it!

I have been super excited to find some earbuds that will work for me as a side sleeper. I'd seen the Bon Amour system and was also intrigued by the Sleep library, as I currently pay for an additional app to provide content.

Unfortunately, the regular size was too big for me, but I was impressed that when I contacted the company, they got right back to me with some solutions. (Thanks, Catherine P!).

Catherine helped me very efficiently with my loss of one earbud. It was the best company experience I have ever had. On top of it, these Pro XS ear buds are simply amazing. I not only use them for sleep, but I use them to listen to my favorite music. I can't recommenced these enough. This company is really amazing. Truly.

Hi there! Recently ordered two sets of these for the wife and myself and have to say we are both super happy. They fit easily in the ears and can barely feel them. The soundscapes are super easy load up and listen to via the Bluetooth and you can also use them
Just to listen to your Spotify or whatever. Slept super well had a great deep sleep with zero disturbance and woke up fresh! I’d highly recommend!

I am very pleased with my experience with Bonamour. The delivery once ordered was very quick. I was excited to try my new earbuds, being a person who has issues with insomnia and calming my mind at night, these seemed like the perfect solution. I was mostly interested in the Bluetooth function, because I usually listen to podcasts, music etc.. but I have listened to the sound library every night upon receiving them.. Falling asleep to the thunderstorms has helped me fall asleep, and my sleep habits are improving. I am very happy with the sound quality and all that these earbuds have offered. I did notice that my ears are a bit smaller and they fell out a few times, so I contacted customer service and asked for some solutions. The customer service team replied right away to suggest I instead try the smaller size, which is the pro option. I am very impressed with their willingness to ensure I have the right pair for me. I look forward to trying the new smaller size out, to continue to sleep comfortably and enjoy the sounds and relaxation. Thank you, Bonamour Sleep System!

Five stars for customer service. They responded and remedied my issue (battery life) very quickly . I enjoy the earbuds. They help cancel out noises (snoring from hubby and dog) and I like the variety from the soundscape library.

This is a horrible company that does not stand behind its products. I ordered the original pair and it was too big. They don’t do refunds so I had to buy the smaller pair which is still too big. I contacted the company and spoke with Catherine, the manager of the customer experience team. She was not very helpful and never provided a solution for my problem. So I gave up. I stopped using the earbuds. I emailed them last night since I have not used the buds I forgot how to get to the sound library.im going to try once more. I emailed them and she responded. Said she needed an email address. Well the email address I sent the complaint in was the same one I ordered from. She wanted the order number. I looked it up and sent it. I told her that she could have looked it up just as I did. Her attitude is very negative and she’s not helping. I spent money on earbuds that I can’t use since they are both too big. Instead of trying to fix the issue she wants to go back and fourth. Please avoid this company. They do not stand behind their products.

I’ve had my earbuds for a little over a month, all of a sudden they stopped connecting to Bluetooth. I reach out for help and the support I received was amazing! These have helped be get to sleep so much faster. Thank you for great customer service!

I recently purchased the Bonamour Sleep System based on my friend's experience. I am so excited to use it. I have been having ringing in my ears for 6 months now and I realize that is due to not getting enough REM sleep. This system helps me fall alseep faster after a long day of computer work and allows my body to fall into a deeper REM sleep so I can get the rest I truly need. It has only been a few days, but I know it is going to help me get more rest!

The quality and sound of these ear buds are great! The sound library is extensive and customer service is excellent!
