If I could give no stars, I would give no stars to save others from what I’ve been through. This company is a sham. I got a pair of headphones that were too large and would not connect to any devices. When I contacted them, they said if I gave a good review they would give me the better headphones and an eye mask. I reluctantly tried to make a review. I got another set of headphones that were worse than the first pair and no eye mask. Be careful of this company. I am now trying to get a refund.

This is my first experience with sleep earbuds and I have been very pleased with the customer service provided by bonamour. I am eager to see how these will help our sleep quality as we use them more. I highly recommend you give them a try.

WORST customer service ever. Batteries only last 3 hours and they don’t post that on their site. When I complained customer service said they should last 4-5! Who wants to sleep with noise cancelling headphones and wake up and charge them? 15 days of back and forth and no help, no replacement. Uncomfortable for a side sleeper which they are designed for. NOT RETURNABLE! Don’t even try them it’s not worth the money. Read another review and the MY001 headphones look exactly the same for $30+. I would not do business with them at all. Not sure if they are the same but they sure do look like it and they are just rebranded and sold for way more. Waste of time and money. 5 year guarantee but they won’t even take care of a problem with the current pair. Want me to wait and try something larger someday that they don’t even have measurements for so in the meantime I’m just supposed to wake up and charge them and they don’t stay in your ears. As the batteries drain they get quieter too so eventually you can barely hear them. They are hard and for small ears with not a lot of depth the pillow pushes them into your ear cartilage until you bruise. No win situation with this company. I just did more research and not only is it not the smallest as claimed, Bose sleep buds are much smaller with adjustable silicone ear wings for holding them in place, but these are actually called MY001earbuds when installed via Bluetooth and retail for 37.99 not $199 or $249. You can buy them in bulk for a mere $11.45 for 100-499 pieces! $10.69 for 1,000. Save your money. Bose last 8 hours.

This is a sham company that says one thing on it's website and another in 'customer service'. They have a phone number that only has a recording, so all communication is through email, which is sloooow and they don't answer the questions. They do nothing but give you the runaround. After a day of dealing with them, I realized it's on purpose. They are extremely deceptive. They even accused me of not knowing how to use the device. My box arrived damaged and they claim to 'sell 10,000 a month and that never happens.' HA! And, as all the other 1 star reviewers have said...no refunds. BUT...if you read the fine print, their reasons are gobbledy gook. Makes no sense whatsoever. I asked to start a return and never heard from them again. They are DECEPTIVE. Stay away. Save your money.

I ordered these to help with sleep, but also to be able to lay on my side. My air pods were too large to lay on my side and would sometime hurt. I ordered these hoping to ease the discomfort...and they also caused a little bit of pain after extended use. I contacted customer support and they helped by obtain the smaller size. I never realized that my ears were on the smaller size (I'm 5'9"). These will definitely be used at night.

I am loving the Bonamour Sleep System concept - the sounds and music are very intriguing and peaceful. I have not been able to keep the headphones powered on all night, however, because I ordered the regular size earbuds and they are too large for my ear canals, pressing on the little power buttons on the earbuds during sleep. Customer Service was fantastic and is helping me get the smaller size instead, which should fix the issue. Looking forward to deeper sleep!

I love the catalog of sounds/ themes to listen to while I sleep. There are different timers on the sounds which is good if you don’t want all night sounds in your ear. Great price as well as great customer service.

The sound quality is terrible and accessing the library is cumbersome and web based. If they had an app it would make it MUCH easier.

Customer services is only available via email; there is no toll free number to contact. So if you’re having issues, it’s time consuming and exhausting. Catherine P. Is the Manager of the Customer Care Team. She was SASSY, and impossible to work with. I ended up getting a refund through my credit card company because Catherine was not at all helpful.

Stay away from this brand. You can probably access the library without the earbuds and use apple ear buds for better quality sound and less hassle.

Ordered these to replace my Bose II that I lost. I was a little confused when I put in the order because I got no confirmation or update emails from them. They did show up a week later and they're very low quality. Zero noise cancelling. Because I received no communication from them, I had to track down my order number from my internet history, only to find out they don't do refunds. Don't buy,

I love my Bonanour earbuds however they are a bit too large for my ears. I contacted customer service regarding my issue and they were prompt to address my concerns and offer a solution regarding a smaller pair. I’ve been through the library and can’t wait to enjoy the variety of sounds to relax into a good night’s sleep. Thank you for prompt service!!

I recently purchased my sleep system and I am very happy with it. The ear buds were a little too bud but I reached out to customer service and the issue was resolved. Customer service was amazing and the sleep library is very easy to use with many options. These little ear buds pack a lot of punch!!

I have to say, I was skeptical of the product and legitimacy of the company but I jumped in and bought the sleep system buds.
The comfort while sleeping on my side was unquestionable but I wasnt all the way convinced.
I reached out to customer service and I have to admit that this is THE BEST customer service experience Ive ever had with ANY company, for ANY product!
I will definitely recommend this company and its products to my family and friends!!

The overall sleep system is great. The library offers great sounds to distract from any noises that may keep me from sleeping and help keep my mind peaceful for sleep. I love the brown noise. The only problem is I have very small ears...the regular size earbuds, albeit small, are not small enough for me to sleep in. I'm gladly trying the smaller size!

This is a great idea, and I love the sleepscapes sound library that takes advantage of the binaural beats capability. I alternate between the nature sounds (zen garden is my favorite) and the ambient noises. Although I use this primarily for sleep, I'm planning on using the earbuds with other sounds while I'm working.

First pair too big so customer service sending smaller pair. Like the sound library options and that can use with podcast app also.

Great customer service ... looking forward to the smaller size.
