I ordered two dresses which unfortunately do not fit. I was fully expecting to pay for the cost of returning the items to their London base, as it is stated on their website under their FAQs that they are a London based company. However they are not London based, they are China based, and expect me to pay for the return costs to China. Their website is misleading consumers. Please be aware of this before purchasing. My order number is #1481.

The website is great for the most part, but clearance shopping is truly terrible. There are things that have been sold out in your clearance section for years. It is really hard to navigate when old things that are sold out aren’t removed. Please fix it! Half of the things I want to click on when I look though it are gone, there are so many items in there that I give up.

Absolute scam website. Has a Uk web address. Item arrived and was nasty cheap fabric not same colour as picture. After trying to get me to take vouchers etc which I refused They tell me I have to return to china at a cost of £30. Very misleading on their website. Do NOT buy from this company.
And please do not reply Bohme with your same reply as all of the others. Here is my order number so you can look it up and get back to me

Ordered two dresses and two pairs of shoes for an upcoming wedding. I was able to love one pair of shoes and one dress and easily return the others. Love the clothes and staff is friendly.

I ordered weeks ago, no contact and no delivery. I think it’s a scam site. Do yourself a favour and order from melbourne based companies.

Not even one star ? Shocking it is in China the poor quality and you get weeks later and then they will not REFUND they try to bargain with you so I am $79 out of pocket

SCAM - do not purchase from this site. It is not based in Melbourne and as other reviewers note, goods do not match the site, or the descriptions they provide. A jersey which was advertised as 100% Mongolian Yarn with photos that clearly show a woollen item, was actually 55% Acrylic and 45% cotton (very thin and cheap looking).

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Do not order from here. Placed an order from a FB ad and the product never arrived. All the contact avenues never replied.

Bought a dress that l can’t wear! It is totally faulty. They claim that they will partly refund me if l send the item back to Asia!
There is no hem sewn, it is just raw fabric. There is no label or size on the dress. The seams don’t line up and permanent red marker has been drawn on the bottom of the dress!!!

Dress turned up but completely different look. Photo on website was a "washed look" denim cotton. What turned up resembled a blue cotton mans business shirt. Dodgy to deal with. Want me to pay postage back when they are ones being shoddy and misrepresenting their merchandise. Absolute crap. Do not go near them.

I bought a shirt which was advertised as 100% organic cotton. I received a 100% polyester shirt and they are trying to fob me off with a 20% refund and keep the shirt (which I do not want, I would never buy 100% polyester). I have asked 4 times for a 100% refund and I will return the shirt but they are stating I should pay for the postage. Why should I pay when they have engaged in misleading advertising?

I have been sent an item that is clearly the wrong size and doesn’t fit and the correspondence with the company so far has been frustrating to say the least. They advertise easy returns and so far it has been far from that. I have been asked to measure the garment and jump through hoops. They’ve offered for me to keep it and get a 10% discount which is not useful as the garment doesn’t fit.
Needless to say I will never order again.

The fit of the garments were terrible. It took forever to receive the product!!

I was looking for a silk dress and was directed to a few models of dresses on the website, upon receiving it I realized that it's only called silk when it doesn't contain it in the material in the slightest. I didn't verify the contents it was made with before purchase but needless to say I returned the item and won't be looking for quality apparel from this website anymore.

The dress I received was just made of cheap material and arrived smelling horrible. Since it cost money to ship and return I would not bother trying again.

Good customer service, good prices, good clothes -went to the store here in Chandler, AZ- great store.

Bad quality clothes, clothes are not as pictured. Really disappointed, I loved the clothes from bohme a few years ago.Quality has gone way down

I absolutely love shopping at Bohme. I could honestly be a walking billboard for Bohme as the majority of my clothes that I consistently wear are from here! They can get a bit expensive, but as they offer boutique style shopping that’s to be expected. They also have many good sales and I find things in their clearance sales all the time!
They always have a variety of different styles so I never have a problem finding something I love and I always feel like the clothes fit me well!

The site was easy to navigate, the clothes are beautiful, and I enjoyed ordering from Bohme.
