This is the reply below.. so they send the wrong item I’ve paid £34 for and is no use then to get the correct item I have to pay another £12:50 and get no refund for the item that is wrong

Frustrated by return policy
I purchased a dress that ended up not being the right style for me. I went to return it and realized I was outside of the 21 day window to return. Life can get very busy and very difficult at times, especially as a new mom. So I felt frustrated that I could no longer return the dress and get my money back. I would recommend that böhme adjust their return policy to a more realistic and helpful time frame.

Not at all as described! Awful customer service.
My daughter ordered a hoodie from Bohme. It is described as a 100%cotton, heavy-weight hoodie. It arrived and looks nothing like the hoodie on the website. It is extremely thin and the material feels awful. You can see through it! The colours are not like the picture on the website either. I accept that sometimes cameras can alter colours slightly, but not to this extent. I am now having trouble returning it for a refund, despite them saying you have 14 days to return an item. They are implying that because it isn't faulty, it is fine. Do NOT trust this company1

The manager really connected with me & helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was super knowledgeable about the jeans I wanted & what looks good on all body types. She was personable & friendly. The clothes are top quality & make me feel beautiful. I highly recommend!

Cardigan described as wool
Cardigan described as wool, nothing woollen about it, cheap material. Not as described. Returns process was painful, eventually they only offered to refund 40% of the price or I would have to pay shipping back to Asia.

Update : after reading Bohmes response to this review, I am even more convinced they are scamming customers. I have numerous emails asking me to return the product to China .
This store is a scam.Ordered pants, too small, they want 24.50 to exchange them for something else, which is not what their refund policy states. Insisted on refund, they said I have to pay Euro 25 - 30 to send back to China. I wrote to them and said they are in breach of Australian Consumer Law - I doubt I will hear from them again. Quality of clothing was terrible, Avoid at all costs. Will be reporting them.
