My son and I have ordered with Bofi numerous times over a couple of years and can highly recommend them. Great customer service and knowledgeable friendly team who always take the time to help advise

I needed to return an order of several items whilst also keeping some other items making the return awkward in a way. After speaking to Jack Wood about the return, he made the process very easy and was very helpful and understanding. There was confusion within the return but got it sorted out straight away and made the process easier. I’ve ordered many items from Bofi racing and every time it’s been super straightforward. Would recommend to buy parts here 😁

Great model for ordering parts from the UK to the EU. All parts arrived quickly, and customer support is very responsive and everything can be arranged.

Bofi sold a defective Grams throttle body then told me that under their policy they don’t have to refund or exchange once the item has been fitted and also said uk consumer law doesn’t apply to them. So I’ve setup a tribunal through the uk small claims court. Highly frustrating I used to be a loyal customer but this is incredibly disappointing.
It’s always the same with these have ago mail order companies, they don’t invest in any stock themselves and expect the customer to pay the cost when things go wrong. It’s not an original business idea marketing goods you don’t actually have on the shelf and using the customers money to pay for your stock, so as not to have any risk yourself it’s just a business model that supports only the business but not the consumer. It’s a bit pathetic really and shows a lack of conviction and confidence in your products

Shortly after placing my order, my MX5 was totaled.
As a result, I had to cancel my order. Communication was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful with the return shipment.
A great company that I'd happily do business with again in the future.

Thanks for the quick delivery of the parts which will improve the reliability of my MX5 RF. The parts supplied are a much needed upgrade for an unusually suspect OEM part which Mazda would only supply with the complete assembly, keep up the good work

12/10 customerservice. Usually answeres within 24 hours with everything you need to know. Also really helpfull finding the right parts, and shipping them quite fast.
Would absolutely reccomend, i'll definitley use them again.

Fast delivery but wrong parts sent. No real appology for the incorrect parts and a delay in getting my car back on the road. First time user, won't use again.

Always helpful. I had made a mistake on my order, which Andy had corrected for me and even refunded the extra I would've paid. Can't recommend enough if you need MX-5 parts.
