BOFI Racing Recenzje 

I made two orders on bofi. I was excited because they offer shipping to EU via DDP so package will come faster (allegedly) because custom duties are prepaid and they have a lot of things on miatas (plus they have nice rating) but now i am fairly disappointed with this company. One order was made in November 2025 and second in august 2026. Firstly i ordered Malian JDM backbox for my NC miata and oil filter. Shipping time to Czech republic was okay (six workdays). Got my package next week after ordering but when i opened the package i was shocked that there was no paper or anything to protect the items from moving inside the box. Gasket and screws with nuts for the backbox was also not included but when i looked on malian site the gasket and screws are clearly depicted that they are included with the backbox. Oil filter packaging was destroyed and filter was laying freely in the package (he was rolling in the package for sure but luckily nothing was damaged). Since nothing was damaged i just waved it off.

Now with second order i decided i will give them a second chance. Maybe it was just a coincidence and warehouse workers had bad day or something like that so i ordered exhaust manifold for NC. It was available for order in 3 days. I placed order on 17th august (estimated day of shipping from bofi in the cart was 25th august) and next week on monday 24th august they sent me an email that my package has been sent from bofi to Samos. I was excited that the package shipped even a day earlier and would surely arrive next week.. BUT now its 1st. september and TODAY the status on Samos DDP website finally changed to "parcel accepted" from "label created" so it looks that package just only left the Bofi warehouse to Samos!!! . What happened with it whole last week? I was hoping that the package will come this week because i wanted to install it before car meet at the weekend but if its still in the UK i think its huge no. No info was sent from bofi about any delay so I sent email to allegedly "exceptional" customer service to send me info about status of my shipping. Respond was only generic email where they pasted info about their EU delivery process from their website. In response i sent rather more spicy email where i said that they at least should inform their customers when there is delay of their orders (i clearly saw the status of the package on samos website because i was checking it everyday) and dont lie that their orders are shipped from their warehouse. No one answered yet. I expected at least some kind of apology but nothing.

When package will come (at least i hope it will come) and if it will be in good condition then maybe i will change the rating but now i must give this rating. I am really not impressed with this shop and their customer approach. Next time i will rather try to buy on different "MX5 focused" shop.

Five stars are not enough for the level of service provided. Euan went above and beyond to assist me before and during my purchase, sorting out an issue quickly and efficiently. The entire communication highlighted a team of genuine enthusiasts who don't just sell, but actually bring their expertise to the table to help the client. Prompt, knowledgeable, and flawless execution.

The guys over at Bofi were very helpful with communication and ensured my order arrived on time. I'll definitely come back to them as they're very reliable and stock excellent parts to help me with my modding/refurb journey on my mx5!

Had been looking at some items on the website but didn't come to a final decision. Later that day I receive an e-mail asking if I needed any help - but not a pushy sales type of message.

So I sent back a list of stupid questions just to check I'm buying the correct parts and they answer them all, offer advise and are just generally happy to help.

The communication with BOFI is excellent and so much better than another online MX5 Parts supplier.

Quick replies, very helpfull customer service.

Been waiting for my order for 8 months now. I was told it's being held by customs for a routine inspection and it should only take few days and it's been back and forth of me asking every month for progress or a solution and them telling me that it should be released shortly. I can't cancel the order or get my money back either.

Ordered from BOFI Racing a fair few times working on the project car and they've exceeded my expectations every single time.

Got a bit concerned about delivery times recently due to a re-test coming up quickly for my cars MOT (my own fault leaving it so late) but Jack Wood had responded before I could even move away from the computer and put my mind at ease.

Didn't buy anything but the customer support is 10/10. I have bought from BOFI Racing before many times however since I am taking my time with my current build, I have time to research some parts and figured I would shoot an email to the team at BOFI to inquire about them. They got back to me really fast, bearing in mind this was at around 8:30pm so they were probably under no obligation to respond but they chose to anyways and with great detail. Would highly recommend BOFI if you're going to be buying parts for your MX5 project or if you're just generally thinking about what choices to make when it comes to investing in the right parts for yours. The person who took care of me was Daniel Marshall so props to him.

Really freindly people over the phone, its unbelivlebly rare now days to even have a phone number that can be called online from a website so props there.

Ordered some products with an ETA of 1 month. Fast forward 2 months and they still don't have the products and can't provide justification for the delay or a new ETA.

If you can't source the parts within tangible time frames don't put them on your website or at least update the ETA section to be in line with reality.

If I had known it would take this long I would have ordered from somewhere else.

Don't order Genuine Mazda parts from BOFI.
