A very easy procedure of buying parts and a customer service taking attention at the orders. I accidently ordered an incompatible part, the support contacted me and I could remove that product off my order.

I've bought from these guys a couple of times and both times they have been great. Quick delivery, high quality parts at a good price. They have a great selection of mx5 parts, some that you would really struggle to find elsewhere, and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. Oh and there's also usually a treat in the box 😁.

This is a true shop, not only they have a large catalogue filled with the best parts you could find, but at the same time they work really hard to try and make every order perfect and if there is any issue they help you to find the best outcome for you as a customer.
Absolutely recommended, i’m from Italy so the only issue is that i have to pay taxes, however it doesn’t depend on them, of course. I love these guys.

Bofi’s range of products are great, their customer support team really do care and do their best to help, advise and solve any issues. Will continue to use these guys knowing any issues will get sorted should they arise. My only niggle is the “in stock” isn’t always accurate and not picked up untill you ask for an eta. Other then that all good!

BOFI are excellent. Really helpful with expert advice given with both an eye on money and the longevity of the car. My go to place for parts as well as advice.

Between me and my friend we recently fitted a 1.8 turbo kit from Bofi racing. For a turbo conversion it was a smooth install with the odd little bit of fettling some parts of the car here and there, but that’s to be expected as to get an out the box turbo kit to fit perfectly everywhere is a tough task.
Would specifically like to thank Daniel for his customer support. Was a great help with advice on getting the car set up and how we want it.

Without a doubt the most up to date real life knowledge crew around.. every single thing they sell is ultra high quality,far superior products that most others sell.. and they actually have used most of the gear in their own cars,can't get better knowledge etc than that! always always a great laugh wether its a message,email,call or meeting with them face to face..I've used them ALL,and these are my favorite by FAR!

Worst purchasing experience I've had for quite some time.
On March 10, I ordered a set of reinforced valve springs for my NB. Item was then on backorder. 12 days later (March 22), I added an additional set of valve springs to the order and paid at the same time. Also, Bofi's "customer support" offered to ship them together using a specific code.
March 31 -> I receive a tracking number for the 1/2 sets. When I asked why the postage includes just one, they said about low stock and waiting for a new batch.
April 20 -> Support contacted me asking for additional shipping money. I was ok with the total mess of miscommunication, and paid it.
May 19 -> I receive the package from Greek customs, having paid 160 euros as total for package contains ONE spring valve. YES not a SET of 16, JUST ONE.
The rest 15 are still missing I guess. Or maybe they aren't needed. Who knows.
No reply to my email for the last 7 hours, while they said on phone they are "investigating" it and reply to me today.
Never. Again.
