Pulled into Erina shop 15 minutes before closing as I was travelling home from work when suddenly realised by back tyre was very flat. Assistant Manager Harrison immediately assisted, checked the tyre had a nail, tested it and advised it was fixable and it could be done the following day due to shop had already closed and then put the spare tyre on. I returned the following day and the tyre was fixed, returned back onto car and spare returned back into place, no charge! Thank you Harrison! Great attitude and customer service. Bosses give him a pay raise!

I have been taking my car for new tyres and maintenance of wheel balance, alignment since 2021, and have referred many friends. However, my last alignment, the black rims were scratched which has never happened before, and I was made to feel bad for their fault!! They apparently painted them for the scratches. But I could feel the animosity and the actual customer care factor was less than previous years.
Also, I do not know why, but someone sprayed something and I don't know what it was into the front cabin, and where it landed has caused little bubbles of the plastic as it reacted to the spray droplets. I did say something but they denied they used spray in the interior!!!The manager told me that my car had no alignment issues, the treads were great. But last week I had my car serviced at my mechanic and he said that both front tyres have been wearing inside for a while and that it was dangerous as Bob jane had them in the front rather than the back of the car.
I will never go back there again.

If you have black wheels, absolutely do not let them touch them they will get scratched and chipped. When I confronted them about the damage, they tried arguing that it was due to a poor paint job. Even though the paint was from Mazda, I stood there firmly telling the manager that my rims did not look like that when I brought them in. His response was dismissive, indicating he wouldn't fix them, which felt entirely unprofessional. He even mentioned that many customers have complained about scratched rims and insisted it wasn’t their fault. I completely disagree. In the past 10 years, I’ve never had my rims chipped or scratched. After leaving my car for a wheel alignment, rotation and balance, along with a puncture repair, I got back three damaged rims. This experience makes it clear to me that I will never return. And if you don't want your rims damaged I wouldnt take your car here

Every year I receive a reminder from the team at Bob Jane, Taringa for a 12 monthly service. It's an important service: a 'health' check as I do a lot of off-road driving to my rural property. BJ checks alignment and balance etc. Today when I came to pick up the vehicle I was told it could not be done. The front wheel bearings were shot and must be attended to asap. There was NO CHARGE for start of the service/inspection and I'm guessing at least 30mins down time - again free of charge. I have booked the car in to my mechanic and once completed will return to BJ. What do a take way from this? It's BJ's focus on the welfare of the customer and their high level of technical and customer integrity. It can't get better than this. Tks...Ben B

So 1 tyre w a puncture. Asked for same brand new tyre. Was told 2 days.. OK. It was 3 days but no biggy. I called them to see what was happening and was promised next day AM. I turned up PM. No tyre replaced. No whoops or apology. Just come back. 2 days later it was ready.
I got it back with their white tyre fitting lubricant grunge dried on the tyre and
the rim. They did not bother cleaning it up. Clearly no pride in their workmanship.
They have slipped dramatically. They used tb good.

Great knowledge & good advice. Price matched as requested and even went further with a great combo deal. Actual service & fitment flawless. Minor hiccup was a long wait but OK in the scheme of things. Recommended.

Very prompt fitting my tyre, and very well priced the managed showed me the tyre and why it can’t be repaired. Very honest and trustworthy well done. Cleveland qld store.

Fixed puncture in less than 2 hours at reasonable cost. Removed from car, fixed and returned to car. Great service. Staff gave each client, phone or on site the time they needed even though they were very busy. Offered discount without even being asked. Very happy customer.

Dealt with Mo and staff at the Oakleigh outlet. First class service and advice. Greatly appreciated how accommodating they were in regards to providing a service with no appointment made.

I have always trusted Bob Jane T-Marts with my vehicles. After an initial mix up with my car tryes this time, the manager swiftly resolved my issue and my vehicle is all sorted now and is really smooth on the new tyres, thanks Bob Jane T-Marts.

I am completely unsatisfied and insulted by the service at Bob Jane (Newcastle West) After dropping my car in for a tyre rotation as I had done on a previous occasion and having bought the tyres from them originally I was refused service on the grounds that my car was too dusty. I was told that it was unhygienic and unsafe to work on! My car has the usual appearance of one that regularly travels on dirt roads. I have never heard of mechanics being so dust sensitive! How ridiculous and unprofessional. I won't be going back to Bob Jane ever again.

Luke- Why would you phone someone up, tell them their wheel/tyre is ready and then get there to find it’s not! Lay manager from another store, staff off and service through the floor. Bob Jane Brookvale- shape up!!

I am very grateful for the Belmont Shop Manager as he is a very understanding man, patient and professional in his dealings with me today.
I had an issue with tyres that I bought 6 months ago and they did not give me enough mileage.
The manager put himself into my shoes, and after a very friendly conversation, he gave a very good deal as well. I am VERY grateful and I will recommend the Belmont Store with everyone I know.

I have always used Bob Jane Tmart for all my car tyre service requirements, mag replacements and always found the staff to be extremely helpful, polite and they do a great service. This time wasn't any different. I'd like to thank all the staff for the great work that they do and look forward to the great service they offer on my next visit.

Absolutely horrible Customer Service at Bob Jane Toombul. First time I thought the Manager, Max, was having a bad day and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, his appalling level of customer care and attitude beggars belief! the most recent event happened on 26 Feb 2025 - needed the nitro topped up; rang ahead at 1.20pm to ensure they could fit me in; the call (apparently bounced to Melbourne) was answered and a woman booked me in for 3pm the same day; I rock up at 3pm only to be greeted by an eye-roll and complained about the Melbourne staff member for taking a booking and then be told that the workshop was running at least 90 minutes behind schedule. All for a 2 minute job to pump up my tyres with Nitro, which, IF he got off his high horse, he could've done for me in 2 minutes. the deterioration of service is since the Store was taken back by the Company; it was great when it was run by the franchisees - Do yourself a favour Management get rid of Max or atleast put someone who cares about customers in there.

Paul and his team are excellent and give great and friendly advice and service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Staff at Nunawading in particular the manager proved again to be arrogant and unhelpful. This time all that was requested was for some help to remove a locknut, a little goodwill for which I was given all the reasons why they couldn’t and wouldn’t even try.. I then go to a competitor nearby “ Highway Tyres” they couldn’t be more helpful , the guy used a manual tool to remove and also offered to loosen all others.. I will never return to Nunawading Bob Jane , much better customer service at smaller tyre businesses

Had a disappointing experience today 4/2/2025 with the local "Bob Jane t Mart" here in Bunbury WA. I rang enquiring about purchasing 5 Parelli Scorpion AT Plus tyres, which was fine but after I advised the sales person that I had five brand new wheels being delivered to me from interstate, which I requested the tyres be fitted to. The sales person then said to me in a rather condescending way that they would not fit the tyres to the wheels.
I asked why and he said that it wasn't worth while fitting the tyres to random wheels that I'd bought online. I said that the last set of tyres I bought from Bob Jane T Marts were mounted to my current set of wheels (which were "Purchased Randomly" Online too) In perth about a year and a half ago. He said that I should go to perth to have them fitted as he wouldn't. so Not happy at all with the service in Bunbury. For years I have bought tyres from Bob Jane T Mart and have never before had any issues, so I am not too happy with how things went this time.
Not Happy now I have to find another tyre fitting company to work with.

what a load of crap, took my ml320 Mercedes to the cairns store and explained the issue with the wheel alignment and balance, they charged for both and did one...the wheel balance. The alignment was not done....the car still pulled the the left and doe not track at all, plus they broke my left front cent re cap and did not tell me rater they just placed it in the glove box
