Bobbi Beck Recenzje

I purchased a 4 panel mural from Bobbi Beck. Prior to purchase, I received a mockup of what the mural would look like which helped in making my decision. The mural wallpaper arrived within in two weeks.

I appreciated the tips and suggestions on application of the wallpaper. I decided to apply the wallpaper myself, (with the help of my friend). I am so thrilled with the ease of application and how wonderful final product came out.

I wish I could post a photo of the Mural.

I appreciated the fact that i was able to select samples with no additional cost as i had a good few murals i couldn't decide from. After viewing the samples i was able to make a decision and the mural was exactly as the image and of high quality. Thankyou

Great experience with Bobbi Beck.
We'd spent some time searching for a mural for our bedroom and we're delighted with our choice .
The paper quality and image are superb . Our paper arrived speedily and meticulously wrapped and packaged.

I used the online estimator, and I was advised that I would need 2 rolls to complete the area needed; however, when the paper was being hung, we were short due to the pattern. Something that is not clear on the website. Or perhaps they should remove the estimator from wallpapers with patterns on them, as they are redundant. I can see others have also had this exact issue.
This meant we had to order another roll, wait 2 weeks for it to arrive and pay for a tradesman to come back to fit in. It was then noticed that the colour of the additional roll does not match the rest, which I find unacceptable, considering the amount of money this costs.

Overall, the costs spent on this wall were over £700, only for the colour to be mismatched and was only offered £16.50 as a "goodwill gesture". Not acceptable in my opinion. I won't be using this company again.

What an amazing 1:1 service. We ordered some samples then got a check in email to ask if they had arrived safely and if we had any questions. We placed an order and again got an email to check we had received the order and if we needed any advice on hanging. The paper was amazing quality and cannot fault the personal touch that you don’t get from a larger retailer or supplier. Very personable.

Wallpaper amazing quality, individually wrapped in tissue paper. Made it feel really special.
Delivered on time.
No problems experienced.

I am finishing a major renovation that included a powder room. I wanted something interesting in a wallpaper and was pleased to find Bobbi Beck’s “Maxi” pattern. After several back and forth communications, the paper arrived. It really is gorgeous. A show stopper.

There was a problem at the end - the wallpaper hanger did not do a great job of matching the last bits. I sent a photo to Bobbi Beck and was able to order a patch to fix this last bit. It arrived within a few days.

Communication was easy, with quick responses whenever possible, considering the time zone differences. Sadly, I don’t have any more walls that need papering, because there are so many beautiful patterns.

I ordered a mural, the customer service was great, fast communication and very helpful.
The quality of the paper is amazing, great to hang, easy to understand the order or pieces.
Looks absolutely amazing, my son loves it and I am now browsing the website for my next purchase. Fantastic find

Ordered a Mural. Easy to do and Good quality product, also received really quickly. So far so good! Will edit to do full review once we've put it up over half term.

A really great company to deal with very helpful and delivery quick. We ordered samples first to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. So pleased to find this company as they were the only manufacturer to have what we wanted. Very good quality paper & lovely to work with.

I scoured the internet for hours looking for the perfect wallpaper mural for our desert-themed nursery. I needed something specific; not too cartoony, and not too real. I found the perfect paper from Bobbi Beck and was pleasantly surprised that their papers were sustainable and non-toxic. The paper was wonderful quality and install was easy. I had to reach out to customer service to have the image reversed for my room, and they were happy to accommodate, and sent a proof to check that everything looked good. I can’t wait for my next wallpaper project so I can use them again! Highly recommend!

Five stars for Bobbi Beck. From outstanding customer service (my octopus is named Jason in their honour) to easy to hang and clean to cut paper, I'm absolutely delighted with my octopus mural purchase. Refund of sample cost is a lovely touch.

We had a great process from start to finish. The team were happy to send mock ups of how our designs would look and communication was great throughout. Really pleased with the finished result and would definitely use again. Thank you

Great service from receiving my free samples to delivery of my mural. I absolutely love it and will highly recommend this company.

Fantastic product, wallpaper is stunning great quality,
Great experience from start to finish.

The competence and friendliness of staff, as well as the speed! The quality is superb, packaging very good. There simply isn't a down side!

Really top quality paper . Easy to hang looks great .
Great service all round .

Helpful company but the RAL 1 colour in the mural paper did not match the walls. I was not expecting to see the joints in the paper. At first, I thought it was the decorator - apparently not - so it would be helpful if the edges of the paper were undercut, this would give a better butt joint. The walls were plastered in 2015 so not old plastering.

Very prompt service. The quality of the wallpaper was very high, and it looks fabulous on my walls. Eco packaging too. I would definitely use again and recommend

Excellent customer service. I received all the help with the two fellas. 100% satisfied. Thank you for all your advice.
