Llevo un mes con un vía cruces con esta empresa. Gasté casi 700 euros en un pedido de ropa, chaqueta y pantalón BMW.
Después de un mes de la compra, todavía estoy sin los productos que encargué ni mi dinero.
Innumerables llamadas telefónicas que tan solo te dan unos minutos de cháchara sin resolver nada, varios correos electrónicos con nula respuesta para no dejar rastro escrito de su incompetencia es el resumen de la atención al cliente.
La última noticia que tuve es que ahora están esperando a que los productos les lleguen de vuelta y que sólo cuando los reciban, me devolverán el importe de la compra descontando los portes. El porqué de esto último, sólo Dios lo sabe.
Juzguen ustedes mismos.
A empresas como estas no se les debiera dejar estar en el mercado. Reguladores!

I was waiting for my parcel for about a month. After placing the order, I read a lot of negative reviews and honestly thought I had been scammed. I contacted them, and they replied that my parcel was on the way, but I noticed the order status only changed to “sent” after my email, which didn’t feel right.

Overall, the delivery time is 1/5 completely disappointing. On the positive side, I did receive everything I ordered. Still, I definitely won’t be buying from this website again.

Absolute shocking service from this company. If they call waiting 10 days before you even get tracking details, Express delivery god help us with normal delivery.
After 10 days I cancelled my item on one hour after I cancelled my item. They then send me the tracking details. Useless never used this company again.

3-5 Wochen statt 3-5 Tage Lieferzeit
Ich habe zwei Alukoffer für meine GS bestellt und mich bewusst auf die angegebene Lieferzeit von 3–5 Tagen verlassen. Diese Angabe hat sich im Nachhinein als völlig realitätsfern herausgestellt – am Ende habe ich rund vier Wochen gewartet.
Die Lieferung war zudem absolut chaotisch organisiert: Die Koffer wurden einzeln verschickt, ich erhielt aber nur eine einzige Trackingnummer. Dadurch entstand völlige Verwirrung, als zunächst nur ein Koffer ankam. Es war keinerlei Transparenz vorhanden, ob der zweite überhaupt noch unterwegs ist oder verloren gegangen sein könnte. Erst Tage später kam er dann einfach nach – ohne nachvollziehbare Kommunikation.
Der Kundenservice war dabei leider keine Hilfe. Antworten kamen stark verzögert und gingen regelmäßig an meinen eigentlichen Fragen vorbei. Man fühlt sich schlichtweg allein gelassen und nicht ernst genommen.

Besonders inakzeptabel ist für mich die fehlende Transparenz im gesamten Prozess. Wenn eine Lieferung realistisch mehrere Wochen dauert, sollte das von Anfang an ehrlich kommuniziert werden – statt mit einer unrealistischen 3–5-Tage-Angabe Erwartungen zu wecken, die komplett enttäuscht werden.
Ebenfalls negativ: Eine Bestellbestätigung habe ich nie erhalten. Insgesamt wirkt der gesamte Ablauf unkoordiniert und wenig professionell.
Unterm Strich bleibt bei mir kein gutes Wort übrig. Trotz am Ende vollständiger Lieferung war der gesamte Bestellprozess frustrierend, nervig und absolut nicht vertrauenswürdig. Ich werde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Ho acquistato le valigie laterali per BMW 1300 gs (euro 975,96 compreso spese di spedizione). Le valigie sono arrivate nei tempi previsti ma, segnalato immediatamente con documentazione fotografica, una era danneggiata probabilmente durante la fase di carico e trasporto. La cosa scandalosa è che ho già inviato 3 / 4 email più chattare 2 volte ma nessuna risposta. Comportamento veramente vergognoso.

Wiederkehrend sehr schleppende Bearbeitung.
Muss die Bearbeitung anmahnen, dann dauert es wieder 2-3 Wochen alleine für den Versand.
Jetzt wird die Wahre durch den Versender Chronopost an den Absender zurück gesandt.
Bestellung vom 22.03.2026 heute haben wir den 15.04.2026.

Shipping was significantly delayed. My request to cancel the order before the item ships was refused; I was advised to refuse delivery instead. I followed that instruction. The refund was only processed nearly 2 months after the return. Overall, slow shipping and a lengthy refund process. I wouldn't buy there again.

Ho fatto l'ordine per un top case per la mia BMW il 25 marzo con consegna prevista questa settimana. Ho mandato mail e messaggi whatsapp ai quali non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Il pacco sull traccia risulta ancora in lavorazione. Non mi hanno risposto neanche alla mia richiesta di rimborso delle 680 Euro pagate. Assolutamente sconsigliato!

No comprar nada aquí. Anuncian artículos que no son compatibles con el modelo, la comunicación con ellos es pésima y han diseñado una estrategia para no devolver el importe. Son unos estafadores.

Es una vergüenza que si compras en una casa de esta magnitud con estos precios y esta calidad, ropa BMW, que tengan la soberbia de que en caso de devolución no se dignen ni a pagarte los portes. Y encima tienes que enviarlo al extranjero. No vuelvo a comprar jamás y era buen cliente.

Realicé la compra de unas maletas para BMW R1300 GS en esta tienda online porque figuraban como disponibles en stock y con plazo de entrega.

Tras realizar el pago, me informan días después de que no tienen stock y que no saben cuándo lo tendrán. Es decir, venden productos sin disponibilidad real.

Lo peor no es el error, sino la gestión: la única solución que ofrecen es el reembolso, sin alternativa, sin compromiso de entrega y sin ninguna compensación por las molestias causadas.

He perdido tiempo y planificación de un viaje por confiar en la información de su web.

ordered boots on November 20th I refused delivery because they sent wrong size. europe moto told me to refuse delivery so item would be shipped back to them. today is 14th March and i’m still waiting for refund. they no longer answer emails and leave me no choice but to begin legal proceedings.
