Very late delivery that took around 3 weeks while it said 3-7 days. Also the t shirt is short.

I got a hoodie and it was very nicely oversized and the material felt good. I also got a t-shirt but the material seems very thin. They both still look very nice.

Also when my items came, they had a bit of an odd smell, something like Apple cider vinegar? I threw them in the laundry immediately.

Other than that I’m really happy with my order and got compliments on my hoodie immediately after wearing it.

Delivery took a lot longer than expected (~2 weeks) but they were quick to respond when I emailed

When I made my purchase it was specified that I would receive my order in 3-7 working days. It’s already been 14 working days and I haven’t received my package yet. The tracking information is very vague so I don’t even know if I’m close to receiving my order or if I would still have to wait 3 more weeks so I can finally have it.

On the website it mentions that items will be delivered within 7-10 days. Waited almost 3 weeks to receive my items because apparently it takes 1.5 weeks for them to "get ready to ship". A huge disappointment and misleading information provided to customers.

Emailed to check and was only provided with a "delivery depends on the country of destination". Wasn't even answering my initial enquiry in the first place. Didn't even try to do any damage control.

Quality doesn’t seem as good as promised through the GSM
Shipping took way longer than promised. Designs are good though.

Their website states that the delivery time is 3-7 days, while I only received my order after 3-4 weeks.. I am from Netherlands, to make it clear. Customer service was not very sharp, it took quite a long time before I get an answer. This happened in April by the way.

And now about the quality of the shirts.. I hadn't estimated it very highly anyway, but I didn't expect that bad either.. The fabric is very thin. If you wash it 2x, the print is increasingly gone. Now the shirt looks like I've had it for 5 years.. Really dissatisfied! The only star that I would give is that the idea of their design..
I don't recommend it to people!

The ordering process was flawless, nothing to complain about. The quality is ok, I would wish that you make your TShirts significantly heavier, the fit is perfect. They are just too light and the print could be a little better.

The shirt is dirty with the packaging you use

Its just not acceptable! Shipping took almost 3 weeks! Quality of shirts are poor & bad! dont waste your money on that low quality! customer support is also bad as it can get since they don’t even provide a return label!
