I ordered two books. Both were of a high standard. They were printed perfectly and bound firmly. The delivery service was prompt -- books arrived before the date given. Communications from Blurb about my two orders were clear and accurate. All in all a quality service -- as always!

I don’t recommend this S***t company. Guys really be careful. I lost my costumer because this company they were not seriously with my order. I place the order with fast delivery. Sure, they not respect that. After I contact them they send my order but incomplete, for another part I need to wait another 3 weeks. I’m this case my costumer is gone. I’m so angry with this company and I don’t recommend it.

I have made about 500 books with Blurb , so clearly I think it is a good product.Unfortunately the albums often so astray these days and Blurb appears to be doing nothing to get their couriers into line.I am sick of complaining about it.

The order took 2 weeks to deliver with contradictory progress reports by e mail. The product itself is of high quality but delivery poor

Always an impeccable service from Blurb. The app works really well. What you see is what you get. But seeing the printed results are always so much better than the screen.

Software good, product good, delivery was much later than promised and you are repeatedly requesting reviews………. How many do you want?

Book quality is great - delivery awful - spent over two weeks at the airport where the package was opened and damaged. The book arrived unwrapped and obviously read. Luckily the book was not damaged - just manhandled a little.
Not the usual excellent service from blurb.
Change the courier service (Fed Ex) please.

Although there was initially an issue with the book I received, customer service was excellent and took every step to rectify the problem. Jacob personally took charge and totally impressed me with how he sorted it out. I was 100% happy with the outcome and astonished that I was able to deal with an individual that genuinely excelled.

I have used Blurb for photography books - the modern equivalent of albums - about 6 times. I find the software straightforward and am pleased with the finished article which matches the description given. The final edit section is particularly helpful. Even when you think you've checked everything carefully it seems to find something amiss. I shall certainly use them again.

Great finished product but too many emails and changes of price. I will only print with 40 % off. Software is often unstable. Need the ability to angle text and photo boxes

Great product but the carrier used was a disaster. Experienced multiple delays and difficulties in tracking. Eventually arrived after we left the delivery address

Excellent service would highly recommend them

I love Blurb and use it for my work and am always recommending it. We are creating an A3 photo book over 200 pages and thought it time to get a proof book printed, the only complaint is the print seems to be quite dark. I am going back now to lighten many of the photographs. Also for some reason the pages which should be opposite each other are now back to back. I will have to take great care when we go to print the final copies. I don't think I can blame blurb, as maybe that was my fault?

No complaints with Blurb, but I think they should use an alternative parcel service for delivery. The FedEx service has been appalling: deliveries split, two (so far) delivery dates missed for the same parcel, no time slot in the day, just 'before 18.00 hrs'. I would not risk Blurb again if I had a deadline to meet.

Yet again a very good experience with Blurb. Good trade book, a pleasure to read after the hours of compiling it.The books arrived on time despite two day hold up in Paris but that wasn’t Blurb’s fault.

Great books, great service

Products arrived as described. Took longer to arrive than anticipated but I was kept informed of progress.

Don’t push it. It is bad enough being pestered by these ridiculous American concepts of ‘customer service’, without being asked repeatedly to say why the answer given is is the answer given.

I have used blurb publishing for over 60 books and have always been pleased with the quality and speed of delivery. The bookwrite app is super to use with lots of choices for any type of book. Try it you wont be disappointed!
