They are truly very proffesional, very kind, and very helpful. I have had more than 7 orders within a period of time. Always fast and secure delivery (I live in the EU), and very clear information. Also, the quality of their crytals (Serenity) is great to design jewelery. A few times, I could even use Serenity crytals and Swarovski crytals in a piece of jewelery depending on the color scale and it looked amazing. They will always be my first choice. Buy with confidence.
