Bluefin SUP Recenzje 1225

I had a Sprint Carbon SUP which broke after a little more than ywo years. Hence the five year warranty covered this. As the Sprint Carbon had been discontinued, the Bluefin support gave me a new Nitro SUP. The support was quick and really helpful. Thanks guys!

I was given a bluefin sup that was broken with a hole in it.
I contacted customer service and they were very kind, they quickly replaced my sup.
Communications were very quick and efficient

Nachdem ich jetzt das zweite Board mein Eigen nenne bin ich immer noch sehr zufrieden. Für den Flugurlaub kam zum Rogue noch ein Cruise Carbon Light dazu. Leider hatte ich übersehen, das beim Paddelstecksatz eine Passung der Teile drei und vier nicht gegeben war, es war ein Spalt von 5mm verblieben, an dem die innere Hülse von Teil vier brach. Kurze Sachverhaltsschilderung mit Bildern, schon ist das Teil unterwegs!
Immer wieder Klasse - die Boards so oder so!

De vorige Bluefinn SUP liet snel bubbels zien onder het anti-slip gedeelte. Hier hebben we uiteindelijk een nieuwe SUP voor ontvangen waar we tevreden over zijn. We moesten echter het hele pakket retour zenden, inclusief de peddels. De nieuwe peddels die we van Bluefinn ontvangen hebben zijn van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Na 2 weken gebruik zijn ze doorgebroken, bij normaal gebruik. Echter weigeren ze hierop de garantie omdat het oorspronkelijke product langer dan een jaar geleden is aangeschaft. Op de vervanging zit dus eigenlijk geen garantie. Let dus op! De nieuwe peddels zijn van zeer slechte kwaliteit!

I bought a brand new (ex demo) Paddle board from them, which I was assured would be completely defect free.

Lo and behold it came with cracks to the fin boxes, and missing attachments to the pump (no foot stand and snapped deflate nozzle).

I arranged a return through bluefin. The return took over 2 weeks to process.

I was then issued with a tracking number for my replacement.

This item never showed up. I contacted bluefin numerous times to chase this up and was told every day they were “looking into it”. 2 weeks later they finally agreed to send another paddle board to me.

This finally arrived, 5 weeks after purchasing an expensive board in good faith! I was utterly amazed to find they had sent me an older model, that had been refurbished, in place of my original latest model that was new!

I have asked Bluefin numerous times for contact details to discuss this outrageous experience with someone but they will not supply this.

This is the worst customer service experience I have experienced.

I have sent back the old version, refurbished paddle board and have requested a full refund.

Please don’t be fooled by their strong marketing techniques, they are completely scamming you and supply the most inept, frustrating customer service department you will ever deal with!

Das SUP ist super. Bei der ersten Nutzung des „Sitzes“ gab es leider 2 Druckstellen, die nicht mehr raus gingen. Auf die Funktion hat das keinen Einfluss. Trotzdem war man beim Kundenservice sehr freundlich bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Und das haben wir ganz unkompliziert. Danke!

I have tried 4-5 different SUP board manufacturers so far. Out of all of them the boards from Bluefin were by far the best. Bit more expensive but definitely worth the price. The customer support replies astonishingly quick. Even on a Sunday I once got an answer within minutes. Everyone on the team was very helpful so far. No. 1 recommondation for my friends and family.

This is a great experience for getting support from Jake. He understand my frustration and give me the best way to solve my problem. Furthermore, Bluefin is my recommendation if my friends are intrested in SUP BOARD.

My pump stop working properly and Bluefin analise the problem and get me a new one.

Ich hatte Bluefin wegen eines Defektes an einem bestellten Produkt um ein Ersatzprodukt gebeten. Mein Anliegen wurde unmittelbar bearbeitet und ein neues Produkt wurde mir unmittelbar zugeschickt. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem Bluefin Kundenservice sower deren Produkte.

Fate attenzione una volta pagato non rispondono più. Ormai sono più di 30 giorni che aspetto il mio sup, sono dei truffatori. Andrò alla polizia postale per raccontare tutto

The Spare-Part for the broken Paddel-middle-part was very quickly delivered.

I had a problem with the handle and the centre section of a paddle. Unfortunately, the warranty for the accessories had expired. Support took my order and I was able to buy the damaged parts very easy.

Wir haben zwei SUPs von Bluefin und kurz vor Ablauf der Garantie, hat sich bei einem der beiden SUP das umlaufende Band an mehreren Stellen gelöst.
Kurzes Mail an den Kundendienst mit ein paar Fotos, das defekte Board zur Kontrolle eingeschickt und nach ein paar Tagen wurde ein komplettes nagelneues Board mit allem Zubehör geschickt.
Ein Service und Kundendienst, der seinesgleichen sucht!
Weiter so und eine ganz klare Empfehlung für Bluefin!

Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung alles ohne jegliche Probleme. Support half sofort bei einem verlorengegangen Paddel.

Tore the SUP bag badly, which I felt was a manufacturing fault, so I returned it to the company. They asked for some pictures to evaluate the issue and then immediately arranged for a replacement bag. They were very efficient and top notch service. NB. I really love my BlueFin SUP but I do still think the bag should be a whisker larger (10' 8" Cruise Carbon).
