The food is always delicious
The food is always delicious. The only issue was the filo parcels and the 'crispy risotto balls' were not crispy but were both a bit soggy due to being covered with foil while hot. I did manage to get them in the oven before I served them so they were ok but I burnt some of the filo parcels and so they didn't look great....

The food was great and the service was timely and lovely, the only downside was all the packaging involved in the pre-set lunches (and I didn't realise that would be the case ahead of time otherwise I probably would've selected one of the platter options).

Thanks for your feedback. We agree with you, and have been working hard at trying to reduce the packaging on our individual lunch platters and lunch bags. Our next menu will be available in a few weeks, where less packaging has been used. I appreciate your comments.

Whilst the food was satisfactory (could have a little more quantity) I was a litte bewildered when the invoice arrived it was a different price and when phoned the experience of receiving the explaination was we had our price rise and the fact that your Buyers Desk has not got it is not our problem.
I have not used you since then.

The service in ordering was good…
The service in ordering was good although when some of the food arrived it was not quite what I expected it to be or asked it to be.
The ham and cheese rolls had salad in them which there was no mention of that on the menu and I also asked that only half of the rolls come with aioli but none cane with it.
I do want to mention that the rest of the food was good and their little meat pies were very good.

Thanks for your review - I am pleased you enjoyed our catering! All of the items in the "breads" section on our menu include lettuce, tomato and cucumber. I really appreciate your comments - I will make sure on our next menu that each bread item says salad as well as the filling. I am sorry for the confusion.
