We used Blue Carrot for our wedding and while most of the food was enjoyable, there were a few issues on the day that left us disappointed. The beer was served warm, and both father of the bride & bride were served standard bread when we are both gluten free (dietaries were provided in advance).
There were a couple of other things that came up on the day which was shared as feedback directly via email after the wedding but unfortunately the feedback wasn’t really acknowledged and minimal accountability taken. We understand mistakes can happen, but have been left a bit disappointed in the follow up.

I only placed the order and didnt partake in the catering but I had no complaints and the delivery was easy. Special request for choc strawberries and the chefs were happy to accommodate this.

BIRTHDAY CAKE
Thank you for my birthday cake. It was presented beautifully and tasted tasted just a nice as it looked. My guests could not say enough about my cake. To the friendly staff member who walked my cake to my car. Thank you so much, your help was most appreciated.I most certainly will order from Blue Carrot Catering again.

Delicious food
Delicious food, well prepared and delivered to where you need it. I ordered the paper bag lunches for our work team and Blue Carrot were able to deliver these direct to our meeting room on the Victoria University campus. Our order included gluten free and vegetarian options. Blue Carrot were also easy to communicate with, having a friendly and well organised approach.

Hi Jane. Thanks so much for your feedback. For the set individual lunch platters and lunch bags there are seven options which change three times a year. In two weeks the menus will be changing again. Another option if you would like a change is to order the finger food menu which changes every three months and has lots of choices.

A bit confusing which food items are supposed to be heated. Error in delivery time (lunch delivered right after morning tea even when two separate delivery times were confirmed beforehand causing some concerns with food safety)
