I purchased a font in good faith through an Etsy seller in 2024 and used it briefly on one heading on my website.

After being contacted by BLKBK regarding the font licence, I immediately removed the font and confirmed that it was no longer being used, hosted or installed on my website. Despite this, I continued to receive repeated emails requesting further business information and asking me to complete additional licensing questions.

I explained several times that the font had been removed, that I had contacted the original Etsy seller, and that I would provide any relevant information once the seller responded. However, the repeated correspondence continued.

I found the process unnecessarily stressful and time consuming, particularly as I had acted in good faith and responded promptly to the original concern. The tone and frequency of the follow up emails left me feeling pressured rather than respectfully supported.

I would never deal with BLKBK in the future. I see another review here of the harassment they can cause.

I purchased a valid commercial license for a BLKBK font from their official website. Despite this, I received MULTIPLE compliance threat emails claiming I was using the font without a license and threatening legal action if I did not provide proof of purchase.

With my life as it is, I barely have time to reply to an email - this is borderline abuse and an extreme lack of customer respect. It completely wasted my time digging up proof of purchase that they should already have on record.

I will not be purchasing from BLKBK again.
