I recently had a Lactate threshold test and would thoroughly recommend. I had thought about the cost of it for a while but came away thinking it was more than value for money. I was given at least 2 hours of time and Dave took the time to get to know what was important to me and my personal circumstances so training could fit me. The data is explained well and translated in to real world scenarios. Time will tell if this translates into results, however I get the feeling that bit is only down to me. Great way to spend a morning!

I was booked in for a lactate test of which I sort of knew what to expect however it didn't stop me being nervous. Dave put me at ease instantly. It was the most interesting and informative thing I have under taken and was recommend it to everyone.

I have attended the clinic twice now and both times have had excellent service. David is knowledge, thorough and an experienced coach. I highly recommend this company and the services they provide.

early days for me but nothing but accolades so far. the induction was thorough and the classes are very good. the class times suit me well and the follow up is superb .

I booked in with Dave for a threshold test and the result I got when racing was really amazing,I also had phisio with Jenny which kept me running through some difficult times,i really cannot speak highly enough the clinic.

I’ve used Blizard Physio on and off over the last few years. I only have positive things to say about them. I have been helped with an ongoing back problem which potentially could have stopped me running years ago. What really stands out to me is that not only has Jenny treated the injury and cause of the injury but has given me exercises and information to help prevent future injuries.
I feel very lucky to have access to the services at Blizard Phsio.
