Excellent overall experience from the first contact with Iain, who did not pressure us at all, the scaffolding team, who were polite and efficient, and the installation team, who battled on through torrential rain to install our 14-panel system and get us up and running quickly. Would highly recommend.

Generally great experience in the sales, and after-sale process. The customer service could be improved especially concerning the providing of the handover pack (i.e. MCS certificates and DNO documentation), which needed chasing. Some hiccups during installation with one of the contractors trying to convince me that a birdguard was not necessary (despite it being included in the paid quote, and installation being an industry standard).

The above issues aside, really happy with how the solar panel system is performing. The after-sale/manager team was particularly attentive. Overall, a good and reliable company, with a good selection of products to accommodate different budgets.

Great job from these guys. A few minor issues to be rectified after initial install and all was resolved well.

Will use again.

Very well managed - whole thing, smooth as clock work

The whole process went smoothly from advice on what kind of solar system to install to receipt of the final paperwork.
Where did Bliss Energy excelled compared to their competitors was to send out Bill who made the apointment with me to phisically survey the house, especially the roof and discussing face to face the small details before providing the design and quotation.
The installation was completed in one day by 4 installers who worked hard and left everything tidy.
All members of staff were very helpful.
The price we paid was good value for money, since installed a month ago the solar PV and battery storage has provided 99% of the electricity used in the house, plus the electricity generated to grid.
All in all, I could not fault Bliss Energy and I would highly recommend them to future customers.

From start to finish everything was completed in 10 days, the system was fitted in less than a day with no disruption.
Professionally Installed neatly so you hardly notice any wiring, the Batteries fitted in the loft out the way. So now it does its own thing and I can see what is happening on the app on my phone.

Efficient, helpful, prompt and reasonably priced. The system Bliss specified and installed is doing its job well (two weeks in). We are hardly drawing any electricity from the grid, and able to export back at times. Just right. It feels good to be generating much needed clean energy.

We had an excellent experience with Bliss Eco — the whole process was incredibly quick and efficient. Bill came out to give us a quote (we’d had several), and Bliss came out cheapest with the most panels. Best of all, they were able to install the following week — perfect timing for peak summer generation.

They handled everything: the G99 application was sorted quickly, scaffolding went up without a hitch, and while they were on the roof, they even took care of a couple of minor repairs. Alex came over to do the survey and took the time to walk us through exactly how the system would work, which really helped build our confidence in the setup.

Bill was brilliant throughout — always quick to respond, really knowledgeable, and happy to answer all our questions. The installation itself was seamless.

Since it's gone live, we’ve only needed to draw from the grid overnight to charge our EVs. On a sunny day we’re generating up to 70kWh, and even on cloudy days we’re still easily covering our daily usage and keeping the Tesla battery topped up.

Very enthusiastic salesman, didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. The battery instalation was carried out in a very professional manner. The explanation of how to use the app was very good. All packaging taken away. Would highly recommend.

The guys were great, from survey to install they worked with us to find the best way to complete the install. We had a couple of issues during the job, but the team from Bliss pulled out all the stops and completed everything to our satisfaction.

Strong technical people who don't try and over sell. Professional installation with no hassles. System works as expected.

Wanted to install some solar panels on a flat roof. Bliss were experienced in options and performance of doing this (unlike some other installers). They arrived as planned, install was quick and efficient and well done. They recommended a frame to sit on the flat roof with panels at 3 degrees. So far all working well. Even with compromise of having panels flat they are still producing well. Would recommend Bliss especially if you're considering putting panels on a flat roof.

A couple of months ago I put my details into a system to investigate/learn/purchase a solar/battery system for our recently purchased home. Three company names were provided and Bliss Eco Energy were the first to call me back the very next day. I did the usual searches and went straight to Trustpilot where I read a really honest account of a mans experience with Bliss Eco Energy. I decided to trust what I had read and arranged a home visit. I was so impressed with Bill/William we decided to go with them immediately. We are so pleased we did, I have never experienced such professionalism and was blown away with the amount of knowledge these guys have. We want to thank everyone of you from sales to scaffolders installer's tech guys, Thank You. Apart from that the product is amazing, we went with 16 solar panels and the Tesla Powerwall 3 and inverter and the warm air heating pump will be installed over the coming weeks. The installation was so quick and looks fantastic no mess no fuss all packaging was taken away. Everyone was so polite and professional everything was taken care of from start to finish. I've just received all completion certificates/guarantees etc/instructions/insurances today. MSC government approved certificated installer's. We also received the government grant for the warm air heating system saving £7,500. I trusted what I read here and you can trust what I've said here. Thank you again.
