Piece of junk!!!!!!! I wasted $89.00 on it. But as they say "Buyer beware". If it sounds too good, it probably is. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY ON IT!!! I wouldn't have given it any rating, but I couldn't write the review without, at least, a one star rating. They don't have a minus 5 rating.

I was charged $122.59 for my faulty unit. It cost me $26 to return unit to get my refund. Blaux refunded me $105.84. Thus, Blaux cost me $42.75. I emailed them to give them an opportunity to resolve, they said they would but they didn't. From my experience Blaux is a liability! Don't get scammed buy from a reputable company, NOT Blaux.

I bought 2 Blaux' for $150 each. Yes, I got ripped of twice.
Baux never told me that it would take 6 weeks before I get the ACs. I tried to cancel, get in touch with them with no results.
Once the 2 AC arrived 8 weeks later, it was clear to me it was a scheme.
The unit is 8x8x8. There is a 4 oz bottle to fill with water, you can crush up some ice and added it to a compartment, maybe 4 of them, to get some cool air. It has a fan you could buy it at the Dollar Store. Is it effective, no. It is nothing, it is not capable
l of keeping a room, 8x8, comfortable. It is so primitively made that a 6 grade kid could make in their science class.
A total ripp off.
Not being able to contact them, and they charged me their top price, and sent a product that is ridiculous, and inferior.
I had the impression it would cool a 400 sq ft room. No not even close. Don't buy it!

I gave them one star,'couse I needed to write about this company,believe me they are a scam,don't buy anything to them,I did,and I never rx my item that was last year,and today they write me up and said my blaux is still in process,unbelievable

If I could give negative stars I would!! I would give it negative 1,000,000 stars!!! This sells for around $90 each and STUPIDLY I bought 3 of them and extra filters aswell...I spent over $300 and I can't work due to health problems and am on welfare....yes I am trying to get disability, but it takes forever! So, my landlord took my central AC unit out bcuz he didn't feel like paying the rental fee on the unit anymore, well he also didn't feel he should lower my rent either but I didn't make an issue bcuz I was saving hydro anyways plus its extremely difficult to find a place to rent where I'm from especially for the rent I'm paying! Anyways I decided to buy 1 unit for each bedroom for my 2 kids and myself, I would have been WAY WAY better off sticking to fans...which is what we now use for the bedrooms. These useless things didnt even feel cold when sitting DIRECTLY infront of them...they actually made it worse bcuz it felt humid and sticky due to the ice melting! Plus I ordered these at the start of last summer and didn't get them until fall so I didn't even try them until the following summer so guess what?.....YEP! The 30 day guarantee....was EXPIRED!!! Complete bullsh!+ if u ask me....and A LOT of other ppl from the looks of it. I can't believe this so called company can consciously sell these crap products claiming they work and blah, blah, blah!!! Now my kids n I r out $300 which is A LOT of money for us.....almost a month worth of groceries! I am very very disappointed in this product and the company. People these days can't afford to spend this kind of money for a product that is COMPLETE AND UTTER CRAP!! I understand sometimes things don't work the way u want exactly or not as well as u expected but this product doesn't work AT ALL. Its HORRIBLE....PLEASE, PLEASE ppl, save ur money and buy a $20 oscillating fan from Walmart for crying out loud!

Ok in all honesty I did not wait to receive or endure the magical inability of this product to chill you to the bone! And actually I did not purchase the "Blaux"? No I was reading info. on the "Blast" portable A/C which I purchased via my PayPal and when this Blaux came up on invoice I was wondering how this possible, ya know! Buy one- yet pay for another? Anyway, my later than smarter curiosity was triggered and with the very obvious shady marketing of Quality Performance and qualitygadgetshop.com to name a few you find the address in New Jersey is simply a dropoff point for the numerous Alibaba products they buy in the mass form, then market with the marketing tactics used to make these into what we consumers believe to be all they say! Once I dug a little, well it revealed a bunch so I have informed them after waiting one week for shipping with no definite answer, to not ship and to fully refund my $150.
Now I realize that we as consumers, are responsible to do our part. And feeling again like I needed to buy first- then find out that I was like the one P.T. Barnum referred to as " A SUCKER BORN EVERY MINUTE" I shall try to not be without brain when those who are allowed to continue the allowed deceptive tactics they use, can change names, addresses, etc and continue to find victims! But to all who add to these reviews, I thank you for your comments that give your experiences, regardless of which end of the scale they are pointed. And let us state honesty what we experience for our own reasons, as well as what another may find helpful- - -even if we never are to realize how our post was taken or used for others needing something beyond who markets, to one who may be able to give additional insight!

This is the most crappy piece of s@#t. The little how to manual does not tell you how to turn it on and once you do stays on for 1 minute and stops.
I am returning it.

I purchased two units in the event of power outages here on the Texas Gulf Coast which are frequent, getting worse, and can last for days. The main problem is the battery only lasts two hours on full charge. Without power I have no way to recharge. Secondary problems are an AC to USB adapter is not furnished, the small fan is noisy when run on high, soaking the filter each time it is to be used, and refrigerated air does not work in a humid environment.

This portable AC does not work try using it in a small room it blew out hot air after following all the directions charging it it cut off turn it back on and cut off again you can't get your money back even though they say 100% money back guaranteed please save your money. No one will ever call you back they just send text messages as if there gonna call you & never do. You huge rip off

I’d give this zero stars if that were an option. This does not work like it is advertised, at all. It does not “refrigerate” a room, though I did expect some cooling effect. I tried it right in front of me; the air wasn’t even cool! I waited while my room temperature kept rising. At 81° I finally, and literally, pulled the plug. The fan is not silent, either, as claimed, it’s a bit noisy, actually. I called them to complain and said I wanted to return the two I purchased. The man I spoke to was rather rude and declared that they do not pay for return shipping. Really? This is totally false advertising.

First it arrived too late for 2020 summer season. When setting it up last week discovered type c charging cord referenced on the box as “included “ was not enclosed. Sent email to customer service and their response is “adapter” is not included. Purchased a charger and set it up to use in a room 8x13. Never noticed output any cooler than a traditional fan even when ice was added. Waste of money!

I live in Indiana with high humidity, so the two Blaux Portable AC units I purchased named G2 did not work. The reviews say it might work in an arrid climate.

I sent an email to Blaux which was a mistake- in request of the return address bc I burnt the shipping box, which was a good thing bc its a different address 415 Hamburg Turnpike, Bldg 6

and MUST include a copy of the email instructions with the return.

You must track the pkg and call Blaux to tell them when the tracking shows Delivered before you may have a refund.

I have not sent yet bc I just got the return instructions WHEN I CALLED 1-844-846-5344

I copied my Bank Dispute Resolution email to start a ticket. On the third day Blaux responded they were reviewing my request for refund & return shipping, so I called, and a new email of instructions was sent.

I am calling my bank to request they cover me during the process. The bank will see when I am paid by Blaux and withdraw their loan. This may take a long time. No refund for shipping cost.

I was told I was receiving Blast portable
acs. Instead they sent me Blaux acs
I opened the box to find cheaply made
plastic units.
I tried them and they were absolutely terrible
If the people that put out this product.were honest they would post a return address in response to my review

I ordered two of these devices. I used them for one day and now neither will stay on even plugged in. These devices, not ac, are garbage. Straight garbage!!!

This is not as advertised, and the reviews on their site are not real, this does not cool a whole room . You have to sit in front of it like a fan. Waste of money! I’d spend twenty on a fan for same effect.

Unfortunately,I did not peruse yt,previous to purchasing this HIDEOUS,excuse of an AC unit. I am embarrassed for myself that out of desperation,(HOT in Nevada!!!) I fell for the false online reviews. It provides NO COOLING WHATSOEVER...Weak fan and shoddy,cheap,typical Chinese construction.Didn't even include the necessary adapter required to turn on the darned thing!... Their respone on the phone:"we're out of them,but you can pick one up at WALMART" I literally shipped it back the day after receiving it. AND,I was responsible for the $21.00 shipping return. A 100% RIP OFF!!!

They offered a 30% discount if l would keep it or give it to someone else..l told them l wouldn't give this junk to anyone. I spent $26.00 to send it back so l wouldn't smash it with a sledge hammer. Buyer beware!!! Just got a standard response from Blaux. I put this through every test with an air conditioner expert friend of mine. They call it an air conditioner and it doesn't condition anything. You must expel old air with new. The outlandish claims are over the top. COOL YOUR ROOM IN MINUTES!!!! let me tell you, we couldn't cool down a closet in 1/2 hour, not a change at all. Same for the humidity, no change. We tried it in a small bathroom, not 1 degree change.there is no way this could cool down any room, save on expensive air conditioners they say, WHAT???? The fan output is so low even on high you can hardly feel it. And the air coming out is not cold at all. Certainly not cold enough to even cool down a bathroom. They absolutely know all this yet they claim to be a legitimate company. Legitimate companies don't make false outlandish claims that they KNOW are false. Thats why l call them a scam company selling scam products. No one wanted it to work more than me. But a bowl of ice and a small fan actually works better, and lm not kidding. Save yourself the money and frustration of dealing with dishonest company. This is a piece of crap. On everything I looked at when I ordered it was Blast. When it arrived it was Blaux. Was supposed to be chargeable and was not and there's no adapter to plug it in. I called because it was not what I ordered and the lady was extremely rude and degrading! I'm on disability and my income is very limited. I requested a full refund and got nowhere! I was hung up on over and over. It was like this every day. I tried to use them with the adapter for my cell phone, the only thing that worked on all of them was the blue LED light. When I called them about this they just keep sending me more because of the lifetime warranty. Needless to say it's too late for me to get the over $250 refund. But I bought these for my 71 year old father whose AC quit in his house and he doesn't have money to get it fixed. I could have used that money to have someone come out to look at it and see what is wrong and how much it would cost to get it fixed. Not worth it for an overpriced nightlight!!!!

Honest Review. At first I was really disappointed when I finally received my unit (just a few days late. I was originally told June 5th - but received the unit on the 7th.) It looked like a cheap piece of plastic. I soaked the filter, filled the water holder, plugged it in, and turned it on. (Took a few tries before I became familiarized with the AC (air cooler - not air conditioner.) I am HOMELESS and live in a tiny camper shell on my 1986 Toyota truck. At first - I was not impressed! Then I noticed a distinct coolness to the hot air. (Today is 1st official day of heatwave.) O.K. I'm not dying of heatstroke anymore and I pull the AC closer. Not bad. I can live with this AC. Kinda expensive - o.k., real expensive for a disabled, homeless, elderly woman on SSI disability ($794 per month.) But I am going to keep it. Going to run it until summer is over and hope it works again next year. This company should have a discount for elderly customers. Next year, I'll do an update.

This unit did absolutely nothing. I had a temperature gauge in the same room and it did not lower the temperature 1 degrees. It ran around 8 hours and I changed the tray out, thinking this was the problem. It is worth nothing. How can I get my money back?
